Followed all steps as per your instruction and it turned out to be amazing. Thank You once again. Just one suggestion there are many months that are missing which do not have any payments so these months are not reflected in the table. As a result the table does not look like a calendar. For the calendar look, just add a row with a sample date of each month only, don't put any other detail, and then refresh the pivot table.
