    What a great place for eating Sushi but I guess you inspired them with your perfect Sushi art beginning at NOVE, moving on to STUDIO 1 and now in your NEW STUDIO 2 ;-)
    You deserve many Michelin Stars. But you awarded these young chefs with your legendary apron which is even higher ranked than a Michelin Star!!!
    Blessed is the Hiro, the Godfather of Sushi...

      Thank you so much my friend…! These chefs are amazing…so creative and so deserving of the Michelin star. I tried to change the star for apron but now it is too new for them. Lol what a great bunch of people. Simply humble and hardworking.

    it is not the record . the record was on "al sud" in lagos ( portugal).
    Won the star in less then a year :)

    Saikou! Such an awesome thing to always feature so many awesome restaurants. The work ethics of these chefs remind me so much of yours. Chef Mike is amazing doing so many wonderful things. Hiro San did awesome job picking his pineapple. The best thing that Chef Mike as accomplished was to serve and get Master Sushi Chef Hiro Terada's approval.. and he did. The best and highest honor is to get the limited OG autographed apron from the best sushi chef in the world.. the godfather of sushi Hiroyuki Terada.❤😍🍣
