I bought small one unknowingly. Now I can't do hooping for hips. Should I buy bigger one?
If it is more than 4 inches lower than your belly button then you might want to buy the right size instead if you are a total beginner :)
Hello how to pick the correct hoop among the many hoops?? I recently bought the very first hoop for My Nephew and felt interested to try. But, I'm unable to spin the hoop. It falls down every time I try. 😢😢😢😢
It must be too small. It has to be longer than you head area when u put it against your back

I think you are right. This is a lil lower on the quality than the previous one. I guess it lost its quality on the edit table
