Give me the numbers for the average annual wages (for the assembly line) of the big three ,,,,
Almost every buyer who bought during the last 3yrs has overpaid, and if its financed , they will be upside-down for a few years
Inflation is going to love this.
That you very much
Car market is awful today. Was waiting for the used car prices to go down, might just have to wait for the new Tesla M3 don’t want to deal with salesmen.
The fact that car prices can go up even more. That's just ridiculous... The fact that the entire market sees how successful Tesla is with lowering their prices and increasing market share and the other manufacturers still raise prices, that's even more ridiculous
What you fail to realize is when Tesla lowers prices they bang the back door of the previous purchasers by devaluing their cars. There’s no customer loyalty when you do that and that Tesla isn’t worth a whole lot when there’s already 10-15% depreciation when you drove it off the lot. Now Elon lowers the prices on the models and there’s more people wayyy upside down on their auto loans and they don’t get that value back over time.
@@XX-166 and people paying 50+% over MSRP are keeping value from literally any other manufacturer? Cars are a depreciating asset, there is no discussion to that. People have forgotten that cars are never an investment
@@koko4620 cars are only investments if rare and highly desirable which aren’t driven much or started up every now and then. For us regular folks our cars are pits of burned money but necessary evils for usual everyday necessities like work and play. Anyone paying huge amounts of money OVER sticker are idiots who didn’t know their true worth nor did they stay in control of the deal… there are uninformed buyers everywhere and stealerships know who they are within 30 seconds of entering the car traps.
Are you changing the expected discount you have on MSRP (15-20% off) or are you waiting until the market self-regulates. If the second option, what is your estimated time frame. What is the long-term play here or phases where you are almost completely unaffected by external / environmental factors?
These workers are in a no win situation. If they are successful in this and these OEM’s have to raise prices, while EV’s, and more specifically TESLA, keep prices low or lower them more, and inflation keeps rising, buyers, including those who don’t like EV’s will end up more and more buying EV’s. These OEM’s will start going under and these workers will be out of jobs.
And they wonder why they ship jobs else where...
First comment🥳….. Your beautiful 🫶🏽.
Also thanks for sharing your knowledge. Bouts to get a couple of Tesla’s soon!!!
You’re welcome!!
