To the *incredible person* seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.

      1. On the average day, most people make themselves unhappy simply by finding it impossible to accept life just as it is presenting itself.
      2. If you worry too much about what might be, and wonder too long about what might have been, you will ignore and completely miss what is.
      3. The secret to getting ahead is to focus all of your energy not on fixing and fighting the old, but on building and growing something new.
      4. Letting go doesn’t mean you don’t care about something or someone anymore. It’s just realizing that the only thing you really have control over is yourself in this moment.
      5. In most cases, you can’t calm the storm - it’s not worth trying. What you can do is calm yourself, and the storm will pass.
      6. There is absolutely nothing about your present circumstances that prevents you from making progress, one tiny step at a time...
Think about how these points relate to your life right now.
Your present response is often far more powerful than your present circumstance. A part of your life is unquestionably decided by completely uncontrollable circumstances, yet the vast majority of your life is decided by your responses to these kinds of circumstances.
Thus, the goal isn’t to get rid of all your painful thoughts, feelings or life circumstances. Because that's impossible. The goal is to change your response to them starting today. Once you begin to value your inner peace over your need to hold on, engage, react, or be right, you will in fact begin to feel more centered and whole (and in control). Truly, learning to let go of certain things and detach from certain people's behavior, are two of the great paths to inner peace... In a nutshell, we hold on tight to the hope that things will go exactly as we imagine, and then we complicate our lives to no end when they don't.
So how can we stop holding on?
By realizing that there’s nothing to hold on to in the first place.
Most of the things we desperately try to hold on to, as if they’re real, solid, everlasting fixtures in our lives, aren’t really there. Or if they are there in some form, they’re changing, fluid, impermanent, or simply imagined in our minds-Life gets a lot easier to deal with when we understand this.!!!!
      peace🕊

I'm in tears. I've never heard Anthony Robbins speak before even though I know how famous he is. Thank you for being so vulnerable and honest to share those painful times and how it shaped your focus. I too became the 12 year old adult in my family. And I never correlated that with my weekly aspiration to give things to the homeless when I feel the "calling" to do so. I wasn't homeless, but my mother told me that she made $5 too much to go on welfare. She divorce my Dad because she didn't want to see us growing up with an alcholic. I was so skinny, people used to ask me if my mother fed me and I would just giggle and say that I'm just really active. That was how I coped with the pain.

The vitamin D thing shook me! A few years ago i was struggling with chronic headaches, horrific brain fog and fatigue so bad i was basically sleeping 16 hours a day - like if I went to the gym for 45 mins for very light exercise I'd come home and need to sleep for 3 hours just to have the energy to put my laundry on. My Vitamin D was 30 but damn dude TEN?!! I attribute mine to long hours working in an office. I've quit that culture now and never EVER want to go back to working in an office it's so bad for your health in so many ways. With Parkinsons my friend's aunt had brain surgery and they implanted some kind of chip in her brain and after a couple of days of recovery she danced out of the hospital she could barely walk in with the assistance of a walker. Absolutely incredible.

I really can't imagine why would anyone say that. This interview repeats exactly the same things he has been saying for years and years... About that day when someone brought food to the door, about how many people he feeds today, about his mother and childhood... Always the same. I am at the middle now and hadn't heard a one singular new thing that I haven't already heard him talking about in a dozen of interviews before.

Fist off I want to mention, I believe, I heard your story on Coast to Coast AM about you listening to Tony Robbins as a child. Secondly, I happen to be listening to this on Thanksgiving Day. My husband last night called me crying because he doesn’t have the gas money to celebrate Thanksgiving at his moms house (she only lives an hour away) and how he is tired of being broke. I don’t believe in coincidence, I see this as a sign of being on the right path and that things will change for the better.

Jay: Why do we as humans experience pain before we decide to change/adapt a part of life?
Tony: 6 spiritual needs that every human needs
    You need balance between both
    1 - Certainty
    2 - Uncertainty
You need to feel special, unique, positive and connected
    3 - Significance
    4 - Connection and Love
You need to get beyond yourself
    5 - Growing
    6 - Contribution
So, most people are they trying to meet their needs and goes backwards this feeling of uncertainty/fear is what keys most people for growing until they get enough pain and then that pushes him through threshold where they aren’t being mad and they got to change!!!
    So i changed now!!

I have sent so many videos of David Sinclair to people, and no one was able to be engaged enough in the videos to hear what he was saying. I love how Tony Robbins went into detail about epigenetics and delivered it so energetically and passionately! David Sinclair has done brilliant work, but unfortunately, the personality behind the delivery of information really influences how people will hear it. I will be sending this video to my loved ones and hope that they will be able to sit through it this time around!

I haven't watched many podcasts until now but wow, I don't really know how to describe how I feel about having the privilege to watch such 2 amazing people working towards in the same goal to the humanity. Those 2 people are really doing much for our generations, I really wanna appreciate the effort and joy this 2 amazing people put into a video and to thousands and thousands of someone's life with their generosity and passion about others. This is the really first time I do get to know and understand a bit more about Tony's mission/his believes and values , is very inspirational to know there is such humble people's that really think about others happiness and habits that can impact drastically in someone's life for the better in short and long term. I can genuinely feel Tony's intention in helping people, its something that makes him truly happy. This is a unique podcast like every single one. But to have this mindset/responsibility and compromise with him self and the world I don't know how to say but is purely wonderful. This type of nature is really hard to find because this type of people really need to be aware of external environments, therefore I hugely respect and admire this human begin. I haven't heard much about him and I can really say that, people will usually go for the easy path, but this man shows that with pure intention/desire on finding a way that you can really help people in any type of circumstance even in delicate times of his life he never gave up mentally and always up to know more about life, where at the same time he can have a impact in someone's life and on his life. What a journey!!! What a dream to meet such a wonderful and pure person. Hi hugely believe having motivation/consistence/ the right people around you/ the true connection with your true you/curiosity can take you anywhere in life where automatically connects with the purpose of your life/image/behaviour. I really identify myself in Tony's purpose and hopefully one day I will have the honour to meet this handsome person and learn with him.
Note: His date of birth its curious (29 February and I think you can really understand or feel someone when you know what type of soul identify they have and the energy they transmit to you or simply if you believe signs/astrology). Hope everyone feels and tries to understand more about life because this podcast has loads of beneficial content. I wish everyone a good week with loads of positivity and happiness/ love to their life's and loved ones.
