This is my first Valentino scent and I fell in love with it! It performs great off of me. I needed to get some spring and summer scents I grabbed CAHSEE and this one just popped for me! Plus there’s ladies out there who are serious about their coffee and I know they’ll love this!
try the others that came out before this, they are a lot better.
I love this cologne tbh it’s worked great for me,i wore it all week at the office and got compliments.
After an hour... I don't feel any smell on my skin. Coral fantasy and intense much better. Thank you for the video.

got this one in almost 2 weeks ago and I gotta agree! I honestly feel that this one is a layering fragrance. It just needs something to boost itself up. Not a bad smell just slightly below average

I picked up on the coffee note in The first 10 min soon as it hit the mid. Also just bought the new Burberry Hero Parfum . I bought them at the same time & been wearing them at the same time🤣🫣🤷🏼♂️😝 I like the combo. It’s Like smelling coffee in a wood shop,.. I think all take those 2 add some Cartier noir absolu for the smoke. Coffee cedar and cigarettes. The triple threat trifecta😆🤷🏼♂️
I picked up a sample of this one last weekend. For some reason it reminds me of MYSLF without the heavy ambroxan note

It kind of reminds me of my dearly departed Givenchy Play Intense. Must be the coffee and bergamot. Didn’t last long on me.
Tried to pick this up at the mall today the clerk let me smell it but it wasn’t on the floor yet she said they should be available next week this scent is definitely a 10/10 🔥

@@OwenHaar Honestly coral fantasy isn't as great as everyone keeps claiming it is. I tried it a couple times at a store and I prefer green stravaganza a lot more. It's not sickeningly sweet and doesn't give off highschooler vibes.
At this point I’m convinced a 15 year old is making up the names for these Valentino fragrances.

Sounds like you've pretty much described Very Irresistable by Givemchy, a 00s staple. Do the 2 smell similar?
I came from the one million elixir and I was really frustrated with the green born in Roma. It smells boring. I guess I was used to the sweet tobacco notes or something.. would recommend to anyone who wants an every day fragrance that’s not overpowering but I guess it’s not for me. “Pretty nice, but no wow factor” is the best way to describe it. Thank u for the video 🙂↕️
I wasn’t expecting much from this fragrance. This review has confirmed my thoughts. I’m not a fan of this whole line though so I was expecting less than people who like the line.
Was at Sephora with my wife and seen this one and also Born in Roma…
She liked the Born in Roma (me too) but I liked this one a little bit more..Born in Roma was a little more floral vs this one which is that Classic Valintimo scent with a more modern shower gel scent.
I really like this one and hope they consider an intense version later…It’s not a projector scent at all and easy to think it dies out but what happens is the scent stays on you but your nose becomes blind…
If they make an intense version then it will probably fill a room with projection that last, I’d most definitely get me a bottle of it again and most definitely buy an intense version if they make it.
Don’t judge it by other people’s opinion because everyone has a scent they want to use (me personally) and all of these Valintimo colognes seem to follow a similar base and stray off with something a little different…
If you like Valintimo and have any other versions (I most certainly do) and this one is a clean shower gel scent with that classic creamy/powdery dry down.

I really like it but my only complaint is it dosent last i spray it 4 times and it lasts me 2 hours at best

This is my first Valentino I was looking for something fresh and unique for summer and had most everything Ulta carries and this actually wowed me. I’ve had most popular things out there with quite a few niche scents too. I guess everyone’s nose and likes are different!

I wear Dior EDP daily, and wanted a new scent for the summer besides the nautica that i use in the really hot months. This scent is amazing and very unique and i highly recommend it!
I transitioned from Dior to Valentino when they destroyed the Dior Intense parfum a few years back. We welcome you into the house :3

@@Stsebastian8900I thoroughly enjoy my Dior EDP and have pulled girls from the club purely from that scent alone. I will most certainly not be switching it any time soon as my daily 🤣🤣
@@LBenn302Either way, Dior changed their formular and it is commonly accepted in the community that the latest edition is far inferior to the previous iterations. It used to be less powdery, (though it was powdery still) more sweet, and more dark. They toned down the violet too, such a shame. No hard feelings i was just recommending something similar, you are welcome!
@@Stsebastian8900oh ya sorry if I came across arrogant or something. I got mine about two years ago and the bottle still had a lot left. I’m not sure about the formula switch but I do enjoy the smell a lot. Their elixir was too potent and the EDT was too light. I’m not very experienced with fragrances so I appreciate the suggestion! I’m interested in learning more about them tho

Everyone I've seen review this says it's mid. I'll get to it eventually, but I'm in no rush.
My husband likes it but considering Dylan blue is his signature scent 😅 not that there’s anything wrong with that but his fragrance bubble is small lol it’s mass appealing and for people who haven’t smelled much else. It’s worth the smell but almost every other uomo or born in Roma is better
@@shannonvienneauI couldnt stand Dylan Blue, but it's solid for most people. Could be like people who wear nothing but Drakkar Noir and spray it like a body spray.

Its incredible, but like yellow dream and born in roma edt it just becomes a skin scent in an hour so id only wear it at home for myself.
The bottle design alone screams out “teenie bopper goth kid”
Sounds similar to Givenchy irresistible fresh.
I tried this one a few days ago and couldn’t stand it. It’s such a weird mix of bergamot and coffee that gave me a huge headache
got mine through Neiman Marcus. I really wish they would put the entire fragrance name on the bottle, not just the house. Lasts 6 to 8 hours on my skin.
Need something like JOOP home, remember never smelling anything like that before

Only lasts 4 hours for me, the dry down is loved by my partner , but not really anything special for me, glad I got it at a discount direct from Valentino on release day (£54.80 GBP for 100ml )

got a sample of this... it's a miss as opening smells slightly sweet with a funky smelling note that i picked up... realised it must have been that coffee note, dry down is slightly better.... doesn't last too long so going to swerve a purchase of this flanker.... just writing this while watching the video and agree with this review and isn't worth considering purchasing it

Hugo Boss Elixir IMO is Rochas Moustache clone....Roma Green is the best in the Born in Roma line (aint saying much)
But Boss Bottled Elixir smells Nothing like Moustache EDP lol

I hear you but I think Valentino is being bold and daring with the names assigned to their Born in Roma flankers. They're not doing the usual intense, EDP, Parfum or Elixir.
9/10 for me. Would be a 10 if lasted longer
Don't forget the rockstud noir that came out in this line AFTER the intense. That one is another generic waste of space.
Now the question is will this flanker be just as forgotten as Rockstud Noir by the end of the year

Yeah I sampled it twice and still couldn't find the full bottle-worthiness.
