Really appreciate these videos. Mike, my response to others who complain about you not mentioning faith enough, maybe their faith isn’t enough therefore they need to push their negativity toward others in the form of criticism. Faith is enough for any man. The man who truly has faith, doesn’t question anyone else’s’ faith. Let the sheep call out for their shepherd.
Hello Michael: Your "Shows" are the BEST! The broad spectrum of topics with underlying Mob connections are ALWAYS fascinating, informative and exciting. I have had an avid interest in Mafia/Mob Life since my 20s...i am 72 now, married 48 years to my professional Musician/Luthier most wonderful Husband. We spent years in our 20s in NYC ~ his band played The Bottom Line, Max's Kansa City even CBGBs and they were a Country Rock/Bluegrass band. My husband plays Guitar, Mandolin and Fiddle, my Dad, Aldo Quilici played the accordion and he said: "Christian (my husband) is the best thing that has happened to this Family." I am the eldest of 5 girls and one boy☺️ Our NYC Days are among the most Romantic and Exciting times on the road for us. We travelled in a Custom Greyhound Scenic Cruiser Greyhound Bus☺️ Each band member had their own "Room"! We live in Montana now however in our young years we criss crossed the USA. While in NYC we stayed with a close friend on Central Park West and West 69th...snazzy! Our NYC days were always thrilling to me. Love your visits with us Michael (my son's name too) and daughter is Gina..Italian heritage, Lucca, Italy, Tuscany..we adore it there. I look forward to every Show and always appreciate your intelligence, kindness, Family Respect and amazing first hand Mob/Mafia insightful stories. This Nonna appreciates all you do! Much love to you and yours. Be safe and healthy. THANK YOU. Catherine Quilici Johnson clqone1@hotmail.com L

You mentioned before, that ou worked together with the russian mob. Would love to hear more about that, and how they are organized, how similar or different they are compared to the la cosa nostra
I'm from the UK, and love watching it, not many of my pals know about you, but I've been telling people to watch your episodes for your excellent advice.
Hey Michael, are there any big “no-no’s” or things you don’t talk about that people suggest? Or are you open to covering everything and as much as possible?
It's out of line to ask him if he ever murdered or ordered a murder, because he doesn't have immunity. Believe that the FBI doesn't care about his lifestyle change. They watch these videos and would lock him up in a second for confessing to crimes he committed. The crimes that he was caught for and other gangsters were caught for is open game. He was convicted of the gas scheme and talks about it openly. He's never been charged with murder or ordering murder, but he was a Captain and one of his jobs would be to pass down and order hits. Just assume the answer is yes on some things.
I am really glad you turned your life around and still have the ability to share your past with us. A big part of your life not to be ashamed of if you grew from it. Thanks, MIke.
Hi! Can someone please tell me the name of the intro song? Also, Michael, you are doing really great and informative videos, thank you! Edit: I've found the song! It's cald mama muoi hai / chin
Speaking about nepotism, in the "ndrangheta", one of the most (maybe the most) powerful organized crime worldwide, born in Calabria,Italy, the number of informants or collaborants of the justice is very, very low respect to the number of the collaborants of cosa nostra and italian /sicilian mafia ( also called here too cosa nostra from more than 30 years ) that's because the ndrangheta families are mostly made by blood connections ( father and sons, brothers, nephiews, grand childrens etc. , some time the member of one family got married to a member of another family to create a strong alliance and have a better control on territory
Mr Franzese. I have been watching your videos for a few months. I love all of them. I must say this. I took an instant liking to you, when I saw you on here the first time. Not because your an ex-mob boss, or because you are a Man of faith, just because of who you are as a person.
@Le Tigidou They are just as much a criminal organization is the mafia the mafia split up different factions and Congress is the same way with what they do behind the scenes....
Thank you Michael for your insightful, meaningful and thought provoking stories and messages. I've been going through some rough times lately, in search of the the best version of me and your 'hands on' messages of (how to) change strengthen my belief that structural change is possible. No one is perfect but working hard on yourself and believe that in being the ideal version of yourself you have to stay true to your own beliefs, no matter how tempting and alluring the surrounding voices of 'not to change' sometimes may be.
Were guys like bonnano unimpressed when other made guys didn't speak Italian, was it preferred that wise guys speak italian. It's beneficial in other gangs.
Michael your channel is a breath of fresh air. Granted I'm a sucker for mob films and shows, but what separates you from the rest is I can tell you're a stand up guy who lived that life under a code but realised over the years it would lead to nothing good. You've got a great life and are hugely inspirational to so many people. Keep up the good work, love the content! Much love and God bless for the UK.
You're probably not serious, but there is an interview with David Chase who wrote the show, he basically slipped up and phrased his words in a way that indicated Tony died in that last scene. The interviewer asked him if he realized what he said and Chase kinda smiled and changed the subject. Between the context clues in the show (Bobby saying when you go, it's not cinematic, just cut to black, exactly what happened in the last episode), it's safe to assume Tony got whacked by the guy in the Members Only jacket (same jacket as Eugene, who hung himself because of Tony) who came out of the bathroom Tony was sitting next to.
Are you serious? Lol one was based on a real life hitman who was one of the most vile and evil killers the mafia ever had on their payroll. The other was a wannabe gangster who was shown how wrong that life can be by a gangster no less. So Tommy DeSimmone every single time guy was a real life murderer who legitimately killed for fun.
I heard that Frank Cullotta (friend and hitman for Tony Spilotro in Las Vegas, in Casino 1995 portrayed by Frank Vincent) died yesterday August 20 in Las Vegas, Nevada for Covid 19 and other medical issues. He had a RUclips channel Coffee with Cullotta.
I respect the fact that you're not obsessed with shoving your religious beliefs down our throats. People get easily hostile if you don't agree with their own beliefs.
Fun fact about Machiavelli: He actually detested authoritarianism, contrary to what his book seems to tell about him. How that can be? 'The Prince' wasn't about how rulers SHOULD act, but how they DID act at the time (and now). Machiavelli thought Republic was the best system (loved the Roman Republic) but due to circumstances at the time (the same ones that exiled his fellow Florencian(?) Dante Alighieri) he wrote it as 'Guide book' when it actually revealed to the world how rulers held onto power.

I like that you live your faith and not always push it on everybody. We need more of that.

I appreciate the fact that you talk about that life the way it actually is. An honest life is the best way to go.
Mr.Franzese, I just want to say that as a Fellow Christian ✝️ I know that Jesus Christ has you in the palms of His Hands. I see His Light coming from you Brother!! You have a Joy that emanates from you in your story telling, movie reviews, and interviews. Did you ever know the Taccetta Brothers from NJ? I was friends with their sons in high school back in the 80’s. Peace and Love of Our Savior Jesus Christ be With You Always ✝️🙏🏻..
You're always entertaining. Even as a man without faith, listening to you talk about your faith and past life has put me into a frame of mind where the passions that bring joy and clarity to my life; I've taken more interest in and it's helped my mental health greatly along with my relationship with my wife and our two young daughters. Thank you Michael.
Michael i have a question. Did you ever visit Italy often for business or pleasure in your prime as a captain ? If so I'd love to hear any stories you have from encounters over there. Love the channel 👍
In sales and business for myself for almost all my life....and never - NEVER, have I ever enjoyed and LISTENED to, another speaker (motivational or otherwise) as much as I do Mr. Franzese. I have watched every video with or on this gentleman and have read all his books, including his autobiography.
Buon giorno mr Franzese, I've got some questions: How is a normal mob guys day? american mob got connection with italian mob? there are rules about physical appearance (beard, hair, tattoos etc..)? thanks, I love your videos, greetings from Italy
got off form work, got home, got myself a glass of whiskey and watching this Q&A with the one and only Michael Franzese, that's the best way to end my day!. We need the stories from Henry Hill.
Michael, I love your channel. Question: when a prospective member is recruited, are they given work to do by higher ranking members? Or are they expected to develop their own schemes in order to prove their worth?
Really appreciate these videos. Mike, my response to others who complain about you not mentioning faith enough, maybe their faith isn’t enough therefore they need to push their negativity toward others in the form of criticism. Faith is enough for any man. The man who truly has faith, doesn’t question anyone else’s’ faith. Let the sheep call out for their shepherd.
I love how he not only tells us facts, but also in case you didn’t believe him, tells you to fact check it yourself
My husband plays Guitar, Mandolin and Fiddle, my Dad, Aldo
Quilici played the accordion and he said: "Christian (my husband) is the best thing that has happened to this Family." I am the eldest of 5 girls and one boy☺️ Our NYC Days are among the most Romantic and Exciting times on the road for us.
THANK YOU.

Glad he spoke on the race issue. And as a black female who visited Italy recently, I can honestly say that Italians are awesome! We had a great time, people were very warm and welcoming.
Really? Always wanted an Italian but people always told me they were racist.
Alma Alma yeah definitely!! I plan on moving to New York and was always attracted to Italians so think it would be nice to settle down with a New York Italian! Hopefully there’s no race issues.
Kenny Lafortune not all, like Michael said.
Been binge watching Michael's RUclips Videos. Simply amazing stuff
Michael. Do you have any stories about.
"Tommy Karate Pitera"
Mr.Franzese I absolutely love your content, I could listen to you tell your life experiences Sending love and light from Philly ❤
This is gonna be so interesting!🤯
@@michaelfranzese great as always! YOU ALSO LIKED MY TWEET!🤯 (@cantchoosenamex)
Thank you Mike! I was one of your first subscribers. Your knowledge and experience is a blessing to everyone.
I’ve been watching for a month or two and I have not disliked a single video of yours thank you :)
He’s Italian white Morgan Freeman voice can listen forever 🤙🏼
I would love to sit down and have some coffee and hear your stories mannn what a life
Speaking about nepotism, in the "ndrangheta", one of the most (maybe the most) powerful organized crime worldwide, born in Calabria,Italy, the number of informants or collaborants of the justice is very, very low respect to the number of the collaborants of cosa nostra and italian /sicilian mafia ( also called here too cosa nostra from more than 30 years ) that's because the ndrangheta families are mostly made by blood connections ( father and sons, brothers, nephiews, grand childrens etc. , some time the member of one family got married to a member of another family to create a strong alliance and have a better control on territory
Huh
Mr Franzese. I have been watching your videos for a few months. I love all of them. I must say this. I took an instant liking to you, when I saw you on here the first time. Not because your an ex-mob boss, or because you are a Man of faith, just because of who you are as a person.
Michael I’ve been curious about this for ages have you met Frank Sinatra and if you did how did you meet him?
Thanks for being so posative, Michael Franzese!
We need to use the RICO act against these politicians in Congress, Senate and da offices
We don't RICO for our politicians today. They are not bright enough to know how to be subject to it!
Lollll True
@@elethaduffy976 we should though.....they make the mafia look like little kids.... yet the mafia targeted
It's a good question; I've wondered this myself.
Late question- Tony Soprano: Was he killed?
As bad as politics are today, the media is (by far) the worst thing about this country.
This guy literally show up on every single my recomendation..finally i found his channel..
Mike. who would win in a fight, Tommy from Goodfellas or Sonny from a Bronx Tale?
Are you serious? Lol one was based on a real life hitman who was one of the most vile and evil killers the mafia ever had on their payroll. The other was a wannabe gangster who was shown how wrong that life can be by a gangster no less. So Tommy DeSimmone every single time guy was a real life murderer who legitimately killed for fun.
Sergio Mendoza What about Derek from American History X vs Tommy?
Idk why but I can spend hours upon hours hearing him without losing focus. Now I'm hooked! Keep up the good work Mr. Franzese.
Stev3 why is that unfortunate?
chano1026 He might not know he’s one of the biggest snitches ever 🤦♂️😂
i was a perscriber.. so because he snitched does that mean his past never happened??? i think his reason was a pretty good one to flip.
I have both Frank and Henry's autographs, just remembered that.
@@LarryFleetwood8675 Did, they sign your Shineboxes?
I respect the fact that you're not obsessed with shoving your religious beliefs down our throats. People get easily hostile if you don't agree with their own beliefs.
Hearing this guy say he’s gonna deal with something is terrifying
Now it has become clear why you Michael one of the few who lived that life and still alive. Absolutely genius. AMAZING.
You look like a toddler.
@@pumpkin6429 and you look like a pumpkin head since you don't appreciate what Michael represents.
Fun fact about Machiavelli:
He actually detested authoritarianism, contrary to what his book seems to tell about him.
I do condone your former way of life but I do respect your honesty and other work now. People can change , your a great example of that.
