I have the Kicker CompRT passive radiator setup under my backseat in my truck and I love it. I’ve wondered if the sealed Square L7 downfire would be better or not. You should test them all 😅
@@TNG11Automotive 🤣 I know bro I was just messing with y'all. I really appreciate y'all's content, and have been binging y'all's videos since I stumbled onto y'all's channel. So from all of y'all's woofer/sub combo's, including powered subs, which one would y'all say has been the best as far as bass response goes. I'm looking for something affordable to put under the rear seat of my '05 Chevy Avalanche.
Haha appreciate it man ! Honestly so far the one that really got us was the 12” Kicker Down Firing Subwoofer CDF12 Not only is it really strong on bass its so compact ! it doesnt take much space ! Its kicker so a good quality woofer !
Not a bad sub . But it’s only about 100watts. For the price you pay for that kicker you can purchase a sub in a vented enclosure that will blow that away . Try out skar . Rockville , ct sounds , or stinger for some online options that will make you debate that 9 you gave it 😏. That jenson monoblock is not a bad amp at all . The kicker sub is most likely wired at 2ohms . Pulling more out of that amplifier . Which is why it felt so strong . Keep the videos coming guys lol
I have the sub it's 4ohm 150 rms 300 max been running mine at 200 since I got it . I have a Toyota Tacoma with a extra cab and at nowhere near max volume it hits pretty hard for what it is . I needed something small so I could fit my tools in the back and it's built strong enough to pile all my tools right on top .
I came looking for a review of the subwoofer and found two cool dudes imma keep watching yall stuff
Kicker never
disappoints !!
Great vidoes
Bro y’all need to post daily or sum y’all the only guys I watch on yt

+1 for trying skar subs
Don't run the crossover on the head unit and the amp. You only want to use one of them. Use a multimeter to set your gains.
Skar SVR 12 next
We will add them to the list ! 😁
You're only rating woofers powered by amplifiers? 19:19. Aren't all woofers powered by amps?
We meant like woofers that you have to use an external amplifier with to power them , and others that have a built in amplifier 😅

Get 2 avatars stu 12s and see BIG difference 😎 that's what I have in my prius build and a 64ah headway
You guys haven't tried the power acoustik sub yet or the new Razer 2500.1 amplifier at Walmart.
We will eventually! 😁
Was the song lowlife by The Weeknd?
Yup ! 😁
What gauge do you guys have use
8 gauge
@@TNG11Automotive did you have to strip it a little to get it in the amp ?
No it just went in smoothly, but im a bigger gauge would still go in
