The US is supposed to be the land of the free, seems like this saying has become less and less over the years. It’s outrageous and should not be a requirement. I do not understand and will not comply no matter what tyranny is in place. The less we give in the less power we give them. Stick together people! We can get through this.

I’m not happy here. I don’t care if people want to do it. Then do it. But these forced requirements I’m not happy about. We just did biometrics and are waiting to schedule interview. Already did Medicaid. Maybe we’ll luck out and not be forced into it.

@@SanDiegoImmigrationlawyer I agree. I'm not anti vaxx in the traditional sense of the word either. I'm anti a forced agenda with products rushed to market. I think we all need to band together to support freedom of choice.
yea.. and it’s a russian roulette. many people are reporting side effects which are not even shown in mainstream media.. some are having chest pains, some are having memory loss and some internal brain bleeding
@@whoispankaj Ohh I know. I have friends who are medical professionals in Boston who refuse to take it and there are many others. Look at how corrupt big pharma is in colluding with the FDA. All the ex FDA officials sit on boards across big pharma. It's a big money grab at the expense of human safety. Long term effects are still unknown, let alone all the short term problems people are having.
@@SanDiegoImmigrationlawyer I agree. Hopefully they will not follow through. This is so sad my fiancé is In Canada and I’m in the US... we submitted out K1 only about 2 months ago. I read somewhere there will be a waiver for religious or moral reasons. We will probably reaching out to you eventually. Also curious on a possible expedite reason

@@joeym5355 Hopefully she can get to the USA before the Biden administration mandates the vaccine to be able to enter the country. This whole thing is ridiculous and the media acts like the vaccine is great. There's plenty of well known Doctors around the world who are opposing these vaccines since they're experimental.
Can't you just file an I-601 Pg 3 Section A, seeking an exemption from the vaccination requirements because vaccinations are against my religious or moral convictions?
I think there is a waiver, the extent of them approving them... who knows

my wife is Philipina ...we sent in a 601 wavior and got rejected...
then in retaliation...sent more requirements than before.....

Is this requirement only for Adjustment of Status or also for Consular processing?

What if you live in a country waiting for a green card and this country doesn't have the FDA approved Pfizer vaccine. For example Russia uses Sputnik ...is that going to be recognized?

me too i am going to usa with k1 visa but i wont take vaccines so i cant get green card ...so i cant live with my fiance i will back home in 90 days i feel sad .its better to live healthy....without vaccine .

What if your case has already been processed and you have already done your medical portion and took the old required vaccines and your just waiting on your interview now?
They will require the vaccine still. I have a friend who was in in the process and had to get the vaccine to enter the United States

@@stickolascage7420 no they won’t, it goes into effect in October 1st, that would be illegal and law doesn’t work like that, granted you submitted your application is currently under whatever requirements were prior to that

No, only people applying for Law Permanent Residency or Adjustment of Status in the United States of Wicked America
How about sinovac vaccine for family based category.
Does this apply for nvc/ consular processing or only to adjustment of status?
I got an answer to my question and no this does not apply for consular processing, meaning people out side the US going through the consulate. This applies to adjustment of status, meaning people who are already in the US.
How to upload my vaccine card to my account
What if the applicant has already submitted the medical examination result before this covid 19 mandated? And just waiting for interview date? This is for AOS.

@@khayeneri28 you don’t have to go through the hassle of submitting more forms as you’ve submitted a complete packet, this new criteria is effecting stress levels for those with incomplete applications
I read they will be submitting a RFE (request for more evidence) for everyone who already did a medical -- i hope this isnt true
I got my 2nd shot of Pfizer at the end of April. Now, I heard that we are supposed to get “booster shots” 8 months after the 2nd shot!

what about exemptions?
There are exemptions, but most lawyers don’t want to talk about it. However, look at the I-601 form and it’s requirements. They are different exceptions listed, religious exemptions etc
I think you can't pick and choose which vaccine you religious except. It's all or none. Can't just refuse the COVID one. So if you have the other ones then that's it.
