Yet citizens like me have to wait months or years to get a visa....
Its annoying, we conplying the rules of Immigration visa and still waiting our family to United but some other in distress country coming to US. I am paying high taxes yearly and the prioruty of this govt are those whose benefits in our taxes
I am sure you will not pay tax more than me but it’s more than 3 years that I am waiting for my wife to come USA from Afghanistan
Hope this Afghan crisis will not affect other immigrants waiting to apply for Employment backed green cards while in United States.
I listened. How do they even get this documentation done for repatriation to Us, under war situation. I trying to grabble with the idea of being in a safe situation and for anyone or a family wanting out of that situation. So basically they are priority for Asylum in US, but in an emergency?
If an individual is documentarily qualified for IR1 visa and filled the repatriation form as well, but she is not evacuated yet. What should she do after Aug 31? Is there an emergency US visa for her in the other Afghanistan's neighboring countries or her IR1 visa, if she can travel somehow to those countries?

US Immigration is ridiculous! Everyone but citizens or green card holders applying come first! Should’ve told my spouse to jumó off the fence or swim 🏊♀️ over to the USA. Not meaning to offend anyone, just very frustrated.
