F2A is currently Nov 15 2021 and not 2023 as you stated
My daughters priority date is Nov 2022 and its at nvc kingston.
How about spouses of US citizens? Who filed i-130, no information about them?. Been approved since October 2023 and waiting for interview
Every thing mentioned in the visa bulletin is self explanatory. I didn't find anything new from your video. You just have also explained the visa bulletin as it is.
My understanding is the embassies haven’t sent out interview letters since April. No one seems to know when interview letters will start being sent out again. Cases DQd August 2023 are still waiting for letters these include C R 1/ I R 1/ and K. The embassy is only working with student and employment visa cases. Immigrant attorneys met with a rep from NVC and asked why the wait and the attorneys sent inquiries with responses that were useless. This type of info is what people need to know.
Why is everyone ignoring cr1 , IR1 these aren't relevant anymore !
It is still projected to waste 20k fb4 visas this fiscal year.
It looks more as though this is planned wastage. One year is an anomaly. Two years is a pattern.
No advancement in F4 category from rest of the world since 13 months feeling devastated it's stuck on 1st March 2008

I had my interview recently under F2A category…30 days after the interview my passport was delivered to me saying my case is not current…. My priority date is 28th June 2023…………

Hi Jacob, thanks for the helpful video. My brother priorit date is Feb 22, 2024 , his I-130 is already approved, he is here in the U.S. and he is in the F2A CATEGORY. I know that he is eligible to apply for adjustment of status, but we don’t know if we should submit the application now or wait till the month of August?

Those dates change every time. If the chart retrogresses and you haven’t filled for i485 then you will have to wait again for your priority date!
Why is it for the petition in the philippines is very slow, now its already august but its still on March 😮💨😕

Hi Jacob, can you kindly make a video on predictions for Sept 2024 VB? As per the I485 Inventory data published by USCIS in April, there are total of 42k pending I485 (20k ROW, 4K China, 16k India and about 2k for Philippines + Mexico) and we have about 56k GCs available in EB1 for 2024 (7%of 161,000 + 10k EB5 spillover). So if we see this data, there is a good chance that we will have a surplus of 10k+ GCs that can be made available to India and/or China. If that's the case, we should see 6-9 months movement for EB1 India in Sept. Now I understand that the data is a little outdated (as of April 2024) and it does not include NVC processing, but it still seems there will be some spillovers. Would love to get your view on this. Thanks

my case is Ghana and it is IR2 and a citizen, my Priority date is May 2022, and DQ on Oct 2023. it has been well over 8months and I haven't gotten an interview date. I sent them a public inquiry on two occasions and I still get the same message that they are waiting for the consulate in Ghana to give them a date. I contacted the consulate in Ghana and they also told me they are waiting for NVC to send to documents to them. I currently have issues with the person I entrusted the care of my daughter to. the process is just frustrating the hell out of my wife and i. what will you advice?

I don't understand one thing: if the priority date for F1 family sponsored says Sep. 01/2017; does it mean there is still 2 years of wait time till my priority date of Oct. 2019 ? When its time to file for adjustment of status, do they send mail or we need to apply ourselves?

Charlie Oppenheim has finally said that fb applicants should be concerned that the government is not moving fb visa final action dates. It is starting to look more and more as though it is active wastage of these visas for the benefit of other categories.
Hi. I was deported in 2016 for overstaying my visa. My daughter who is a US citizen sponsor me. Everything went well until I went for the interview, they told me I have to get a i601 waiver. 15 months now and applied for the waiver. No reply. What should I do.

The regular processing time for I-140 can range from 4 to 6 months, but it can take longer in some cases.

If your husband is a Greencard holder, the processing time is about 4 yrs.... So you still have some time to go. Greencard holders do not have unlimited visas for your category

My spouse filed petition which falls under F2A Category. upcoming visa bulletin for August 2024 and in that our priority date is earlier than the date listed on the Visa bulletin chart for our category and country.Wanted to know if we can file adjustment of status,I-765 and I-131?while our I-130 is still pending for approval.And my spouse is still a green card holder.

wait, sorry who is the one who’ll gonna do the AOS? you? or your spouse? as long as both of you are legally here and the petitioner is a green card holder you can file the AOS if the PD is on or before June 15,2024.

Do you have online case status account? Check it out again and see how long until approval is shows in the account! If they require additional documentation, RFE , they should send that to you on the account as well.
Unless they approve your case, they don’t send it to NVc.
Processing times vary, but expect to wait for your I-130 from Texas Service Center for up to 14 months.
