@Lilly Legal, LLC- I'm still not clear where you would need to file this waiver along with the medical report if you don't pay the fee to the officer at the interview. So, how and where do you file both the I-601 form and medical report after the medical exam? Do you take both the medical report and I-601 from with you to the interview? If that's the case then how would you make payment at that point?

@Lilly Legal,LLC came across your channel. I’m working on the K1 Visa so my fiancé and I won’t take the COVID vaccine because it violates our religious beliefs and my question is would I feel it out with her information and file that with the k1 visa form or would she file it when she feels out the D-160 form and the beneficiary? Thanks for the information you share. I’m just looking for clarification.

The waiver would be filed after she has her K-1 interview and is refused the visa due to the vaccine. You cannot file the waiver until she is refused the visa by the officer.

@@LillyLegal thank you for the clarification on when to file. Just to clarify I would be the one filling or both of us will file it once she is denied the K-1 visa.

Your fiancé that will be getting the visa will file the waiver not the US citizen.
