Hi, my father is us citizen but me i am abroad, my father declared me when i have 18 years old, now i want to go to visit my father in us .how can I proceed??
Thank you very much
I've played this before and appreciate it very much. Good explanation!
So what would be your expertise on proving that a couple is together for love and a long life together outside of how much time is spent on the phone/video call conversations for long distance spouses and financial support provided within that relationship ?
Why the music or whatever crap that is playing, along with the information you’re putting out?? I’m hearing the music over what you’re saying. How do you even concentrate with that??
Thanks for your critic. We're already avoiding the use of loud music to avoid such overlapping in our most recent videos. This was uploaded early last year or 2022 and we have enhanced versions uploaded since.
Can I file parole for my 17years old girl to travel with other group while still on asylum
Hi, my child was born abroad and im a US citizen. The mother is not. Do i need to attend interview or can it be waived?
Child must attended the interview with a parent (doesn't have to be you). If you do not attend the interview, there's extra form you have to file.
Married with children, which are minors.
What if the stepchild is now an adult, married with children can the step parent still file for his/her or them.
If they met the Step child definition before turning 18 years old, they are still considered a step child regardless of their current age or marital status. They would be considered the married Stepchild of a US citizen.
Question: A lot of records in Nigeria weren’t recorded before & during the 1970’s so my husband had to have an affidavit done to solidify his DOB; question is will there be an issue if the DOB is different on a document being submitted for proof and what would you suggest in this situation. Also for the DOB of his parents my mother in law and deceased father in law, if those records wasn’t recorded and mother in law or their children don’t know the DOB. Thank you in advance for your help.
I will need more information about husband's date of birth issue to properly answer your question. you can schedule a strategy session with me to discuss the details www.lillylegal.com/contact-us or 508-443-1788 For parent's date of birth, if it unknown and there is no way for him to find the information then can say it is unknown. I have done this for our clients.
What are the requirements for spouse visa interviews in Accra ghana
Please mi 130 60 days notices did not come this month what should I do thanks
Not sure what you mean by the 60 day notice. Typically, when an I-130 is filed, you would receive a receipt notice within 30 days of filing.
hi, i'm a us citizen but I've been living in a bordering area outside the us most of my lifetime, however there is this one requirement that states that one must be at least 5 years into the us before the birth of the child in order to be eligible to the CRBA. i have never lived more than 1 year in mainland us, however since i live in a border town near the us, i come in and out of the country everyday for work since i started working basically more than 15 years ago, do you think my baby still qualifies for the CRBA?
It is going to depend on the details and documentation. you can schedule a strategy session with me to discuss the details www.lillylegal.com/contact-us or 508-443-1788

Hello, my step-mother is an American Citizen. My biological father and step-mother got married traditionally when I was 3years. With traditional marriage in Ghana, the Ghanaian government does not issue marriage certificates. They divorced when I grew up to 16years. However, I have been living with my step-mum before she travelled to the US in 2014. She helped me to travel to the USA for my Master’s and we are still connected. Now I live in Canada with my family but visits her every thanksgiving. My father went on to marry another woman and they have again divorced. My step mother and biological father are married under the customary law of Ghana and a marriage certificate has been issued to them. My step mum and my biological had a baby together before the divorce. If my step mum wants to petition for me, what are my chances of getting approved? Thank you!

The person applying for this new PIP has two last names, like all/most Latin America countries (Example: Juan Lopez Perez) There were situations where this person only used the first last name (common format in US) like, using sample, will be Juan Lopez. Attorney only used Juan Lopez Perez and omitted Juan Lopez. Other names used: Correct answer would be -Juan Lopez Perez and Juan Lopez. Evidence submitted shows both formats. Is this an issue? if so, can it be corrected? I mean can we add the other used names after form submitted? Thank you!

Hello thank you for this video. I already did this part and I am waiting for my child’s CRBA interview. But please how can I apply for her passport
You bring the passport application and filing fee to the interview.
@@LillyLegal okay thanks
My step child has a conditional green card. I am married to her mother. Is my step child eligible to file for US citizenship after 3 years? She her conditonal will expire in 3 months. Must she file for removal of conditional or can she file direct to citizenship. I want you to handle this citizenship case for her. Let me know if she is eligible and you can represent for my step child
Everyone with a conditional residency must file I-751 before qualifying for citizenship unless they join the military and file based on their military service. Only spouses of US citizens qualify for citizenship in 3 years not children.
@@LillyLegal so for my stepchild how long is she eligible to file for N400 /US citizen? You said not after 3 years so how long? Does your law office handle citizenships for step child?
Citizenship for her will be 5 years from when she got her residency. Yes we handle citizenships for step children. you can schedule a strategy session with me to discuss the details www.lillylegal.com/contact-us or 508-443-1788
@@LillyLegal would you recommend that i adopt her. Will it speed up her citizenship to 3 years instead of 5? Thanks

I submitted my application since for two people: one on March 2023 and the other one on Dec 2023. No answer yet...should I resubmit the application?
This program is currently paused so you cannot submit an application.
USCIS has started processing Applications again. You should not resubmit because USCIS has said they do not want that.
@@LillyLegal thanks for taking your time to answer my question. We'll keep praying.
It’s been 1 years and 5 month that I been waiting for my fiancé to come from Haiti although I didn’t apply for her I was thinking about filing for a k1 fiancé visa, from what I heard it take roughly 18 month for the k1 visa, so stress out cause I want her to get here asap, this is there anyway shape of form that uscis can check on the application, or should I just filled for the k1 visa, I’m also in the military.
The parole program is currently paused with no date for reopening. K-1 with an expedite may be possible. Schedule a strategy session so we can discuss your options bit.ly/ConsultationWithLilly
USCIS has started processing I-134a Applications again.
i can travel on stam 155 out of usa or not
a valid I-551 is the same as the Green card so yes someone with a valid I-551 would be able to travel.
Hi madam my crba case is in adjudication office and it’s been like 3 months how long do I have to wait please answer this to me🙏🙏
Each country has procedure for getting an interview, you would need to follow the procedure for the country.
Hi Lilly! So My Mom's Naturalization ceremony is next week and Im worried since she has been legally separated (not divorced) due to abuse(battery) from her US. Citizen spouse as of the time of her interview till date.Along the line she had her i751interview which she and her spouse had already filed before the abuse started, she attended the interview alone and provided documents to prove the validity of the marriage and the abuse and surprisingly her i751 was approved a month later, so did her N400 application. My question is if she answers yes to the first question on the form N445 about her marital status since after her interview would that prevent her from Naturalizing since she is legally separated from her spouse. And also she didn't file a new VAWA application for the abuse but her i751 was approved, was it approved under the VAWA laws due to battery? Thank you
Hey - Love your vibe and your smile. Stay blessed. I married a US citizen bonafide in virginia court in 2017. I got my conditional green card, after which i came to India. There were many issues as his mom was cruel and he didnt have courage for us to live in a seperate house. he came to india to live with me for a few days as latest as 2023 march. after which he now wants divorce and we just started discussinf divorce. can i file for waiver of I-751 by proving that our marriage was entered on good faith basis. do i have to create a record of his family being cruel? i must have a video of his mom searching my stuff when i was out etc.

So if I’m trying to apply for my son I’m a USA citizen do I have to go to the country where my son is to apply or do I apply here in the USA???,
Applications are online and if you are not able to attend the interview, the mother can take the child to the interview or another adult with a power of attorney can take the child to the interview. There are additional forms required if you would not attend the interview to waive your appearance. Please schedule a strategy session so we can discuss your options and how we can help you with this process bit.ly/ConsultationWithLilly
When submitting I-130 for my adopted son, I don't have passport photo of my son and longtime not seen him, so can I submit the i130 by mail to uscis without including his photo?
Please follow the instructions for the Form I-130, it states which types of cases require passport photo.
What’s the difference between parole in place and humanitarian parole program
The new parole in place is only for spouses and stepchildren of US citizens who entered the US without inspection. Humanitarian Parole in general is open to everyone, there are paroles for certain countries.
Wonderful Lily I learn a lot
Thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot to know that you're finding value in the content!
Hi if the parents enter in us 2 times illegally it’s that strategy still works
it depends on how long they stayed in the US and if they left because of deportation. if they stayed over a year or were deported then entered illegally, they may have a permanent bar. permanent bar will require them to remain outside the US for 10 years before they can apply for a green card. the 601a waiver will not fix a permanent bar
