  • Basically every U.S. green card or immigrant visa has a vaccine requirement - which currently includes the Covid-19 vaccine. In this video, Attorney Wiker discusses the options to avoid the COVID 19 Vaccine green card requirements. Options covered include the blanket waivers for medical conditions and country conditions, as well as waiver applications for those religiously or morally opposed to the COVID 19 vaccine.

    My husband applied for the green card for us both to start a new chapter of life abroad, because where we live it isn't getting further due to financial problems. We were both very happy and excited, until yesterday he was informed about the medical test. I did some research because I was worried and yes, vaccinations including Covid. As I see there is no simple solution and it's not enough to say "I don't want it". We can still consult a lawyer for this part, otherwise I will accept things with resignation but stick to my convictions and preferences.

    In the Philippines the medical center accredited to do medical exam for US immigrant applicants even requires C19vax cards and vax certificate before getting admittes to thw clinic for the med exam...They should remove this policy now considering most if not all countries now are seeing excess deaths in their population data which are significantly observed during and after the roll out of this experimental prick.

    What happens if one has had serious adverse reactions to former vaccinations and other injections (anesthesias)? I experienced these as a child (but had no clue they were from vaccines), in my teens it finally faded and later when I received all vaccines again at age 17, these issues returned in all severity. I also had terrible side effects from anesthesia twice, so I’m afraid to have anything injected in me unless it’s a life threatening situation. I’ve had covid, recovered in a week. I’m truly scared to takes these injections again, since I have 2 minor children and an elderly relative fully depending on me. Especially since no one can be held accountable for any damage to my (excellent) health.

      Update: I hired a lawyer who stated my concerns, that I have suffered severe adverse reactions to former vaccines and anesthesia. The physician accepted the statement and crossed off “medically contraindicated”. No further info needs to be given. Medically contraindicated is a blanket waiver. I received my green card, without having to retake any shots.

      Hello! I just read your comment and it gave me hope. I am going through the same and I have sort of the same symptoms to vaccines and some meds. I definitely can’t take the risk to get those vaccines, I also have a 8 month old baby who depends on me. Could you explain me more of what you did and how? I can send you my email and we can be in touch. Please and thank you.

    • @Mumumama205
      @Mumumama205 7 месяцев назад +3

      You’d have to hire a lawyer stating in a letter to the civil surgeon your adverse reactions and concerns, urging that it is unsafe to receive these. Find a civil surgeon who will accept it, not all will do this. Just ask first thing during your medical exam, show them the letter, if not, you need to find someone who will. Good luck! I totally understand the urgency of your matter, since your children need you to be healthy.
