I would like to thank you, once again, for having closed captions for us deaf and hearing impaired people. I so enjoy your videos and you are such an expert at your trade and to listen to your warped sense of humor, which simply adds to the fun, is an extra treat! Thank you again Sir Steve!
These shoes looked like they were ready to be thrown away. You performed a miracle of sorts bringing these loafers back to life. Great video and loved the triggering moment of the blade change, don’t forget to sharpen this one! :)
I admire the wonderful job you do, since week ago I came cross your channel I have watched several of year video and enjoyed it. I heard your story about your dad, first of all god bless his soul, he lives in your heart and looking down on you with smiles. Good luck 🍀 all ways!
Peace Steve - long time subscriber, first ever comment. 1st - I'd like to thank you for such wonderful content and commitment to excellence. Not many would have bothered to re-glue that sole, let alone show us that something went wrong. It's your humility and dedication to authenticity that propels you sir - I salute you.
Hello Steve... I have watched and enjoyed your videos for several years. You are a Master of your craft. This note is to correct something I've heard you say hundreds of times. I do it out of respect for your openness to correction. It is an idiom you don't get quite right... "TO EACH...HIS OWN". You say something like "to each is to own" or a variant thereof. It is saying, "Give each person the privilege of holding on to what he or she holds dear." I hope you don't object to this correction, Steve. I truly admire your work! ...Barry
During high school vocational welding class… we had a break in between classes of three hours long…… and our welding teacher would scream out coffee time, as if we were on a job site… as soon as I saw your small part I screamed coffee time!!!!! as always I love your work!!!! Not sure if you remember me but my father was a cobbler for 35 years… you very much remind me of him good times!!!!
Wow, you really brought those shoes back from the grave! Sorry for your loss of that metal blade. Some things just can't last forever even though we try. It gave as long as it could. It fought the good fight. Maybe it'll go on to become a new blade one day. We can only hope. 😇

I really felt the earth move when you changed that blade……….the whole sky here in the uk 🇬🇧 moved as every one breathed in….👍🏻👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
HEY MAN you know you can sharpen those blades and not waste the resources. There will be a shortage of blades if you keep changing them so often!!

I may not live long enough to see another blade change, so I’m glad I got to witness this one!🐝🤗❤️
“Oh no he finally cut himself 🙈” nope, you are still the MASTER! I marvel at the steadiness of your hands every video.
HEY MAN!!!! Why would you change that blade if you could just sharpen it??? That blade was perfectly fine!!! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

Strange how some shoe related video content got ignored by youtube. Same happened to Robert Powers.
Wonderful job! Back from the dead!
I know these are expensive shoes, But at what point it's just not worth re-doing?

Genuinely love that you keep the honesty of projects in your videos, you could've easily edited the gluing mishap out 👍👍. A true professional 👏
Great video Steve- I love your channel
