No seriously. This is what we do to condition our hands. Over time, the microfractures slowly cause your hands' bones to be replaced in full by the stronger denser bone that forms when a fracture heals.
Along with that, the impacts all athletes deal with cause bone to strengthen over time, kind of like the opposite of the bone density loss astronauts go through in microgravity.
Go train some Wing Chun. Thank me in 2 years when you're in the best shape of your life, and can defend against a wide swath of attackers in CQC scenarios. It's not magic, it's not the be all end all, but it's damn useful, and a lot of fun.

@@richardgomez1151I used old pieces of wood from a bunk bed wrapped it in duct tape. I practice every once in while. I used to do it 3 times a week for 10 minutes. I becomes like muscle memory

What fighting style does arrow use
he mixes up a punch of fight styles together
wing chun, boxing. Sambo/jiu jitsu, taekwondo, muay thai, Kali, ninjutsu, krav maga, judo, capoira, archery(which isn't really a martial art but he made it one).

You don't need Gorillex to deduce arrows fighting skills unless you do or research martial arts yourself.Then, you can make your own analysis. Arrow martial arts is built on Jkd (philosophy) concepts. It's not limited to one particular style or system. During his intro to Slade Wilson!? He learned "Pekiti Tersia Kali" from him. Which was his primary, then he started picking up different arts of fighting techniques throughout his travel. Including learning ninjutsu from Ra's Al Ghul. The DC comics series bio, his teacher was "Natas" Slade Wilson teacher! He was master of many different arts including "Ninjitsu".
In Japan, archery is considered a martial art, so let's just say it does

I can actually fight like him I put on a fight and I was fighting like him to see what will happen and it came to a point where I won and like in the first season Oliver twisted his back I guess I think the episode was called muse of fire like at the end it was a friendly fight and I did that to him for like 5 secs I really want to fight like him but that is a very low posability :( LOL
