great video, learnt many things. my biggest obstacle is getting distracted while doing assignments by going on my phone. so I'm buying a phone lock box from amazon as an obstacle x

Use the old military method and do some press ups first and see if you still want that distraction bang out a few more press ups then your distraction becomes your minor reward humans don't need to tell themselves 'no' we just need to earn our distraction 😉
