If the Glideride 3 was still in production i'm thinking it would be a green/yellow. next to the evoride speed 2? It's hard to place it's heavily cushioned but also have a fast toe spring. It's almost like an alternate Superblast or cushioned Evoride speed 2? Also they've slowed down the Noosa Tri15 this year right? it used to be a fancier Evoride right?
If you want their cheap model go for : Gel Excite 10 (far far better then Jolt or Contend which are far stiffer and much less comfortable) If you want a lower profile, stability snickers for faster runs and daily wear but again cheaper model go for : GT-2000 If you want a snickers that are in mid range price, for easy workout and some jogging, and daily wear, walking, maybe work in them go for : Cumulus 26 If you want snickers in higher end, but most comfortable out of all of Asics models, higher quality, for lets say working on your feet, and some workouts and jogging go for: Nimbus 26 (this is basically upgrade version of Cumulus) If you want snickers for any type of running but can do basically anything said above for any model go for : NovaBlast 4 or Superblast
Hiii, for long walks and daily workout, noova, novablast 4, superblast 2, kinsei max, nimbus 25 or 26... what do you think is the best? thaaanks and great videooo
Novablast 4 or Nimbus, if you like snickers that are really comfortable, a lot of cushioning and really soft then Nimbus 26, if you want more stability and good comfort then Novablast..And if you can find Superblast model, then go for that one, Superblast is best in all around.
Just bought the Gel Kayano 30 last week. Thinking it was the latest version...There is no 31 in India currently! ...man I didnt know that they had already released a 31. It is a game changer. Asics with its latest 2024 lineup, im my view, is the best Running shoe maker in the world. The kind of advancements that Saucony and Asics have made in the last 2-3 years, people dont even talk about Nike and Adidas any more, when it comes to running shoes. Im 90 kgs, I had a choice between Gel Nimbus and Kayano, because both are the most premium everyday trainers. I went for the Kayano 30 because the only difference I found between the 2 was 4D guidance system. Both felt equally bouncy and I could easily feel like I was flying in both, even when my pace wasnt great. The new design even pushes you a bit. I would say a close second to these 2 shoes will be he Triumph 21, 20 (Not the 22).
Noosa 14 was my favorite… just got a bunch of 15s… I wish they wouldn’t change them… so I don’t need to buy 10 pairs every time I find a shoe I like lol
Hello. Do you know of any videos or information that covers specific series of ASICS? Specifically, the Kayano series? I am looking for the differences in the Kayano series from 22-31. I have not found anything to date. May end up calling the company if I cannot find something. I just want them to fit about the same. I now know that GT 800 is a definite no. GT 2000 is tolerable, but not as comfortable as the Kayano 22. I wear a size 11, have some overpronation, and tried different brands until I found the Kayano 22s a few years ago. I bought several pairs as they were going out of style, but they are getting worn out. Looking for more backups. Thanks in advance.
Did you try Novablast models?Generally, superior shoe then Kayano..Newer models of Kayano use more foam then before, different kind of gel, and are far higher then before..Not at all simillar to older models, they went into a different direction with Kayano..
My GT 2000 got wet. i wish I bought the goretex version. The Kayano sole is huge. They should darken the colors of these huge soles so they don't look like elevator shoes.
Please suggest such a question. What sneakers should I buy for full-time work (I'm on my feet for 8 hours)? I have a problem: my heels and legs also hurt. My data: 192 cm, 98 kg, normal pronation, wide foot. I chose ASICS Gel Nimbus 23 (cheaper) or ASICS Gel Nimbus 26. But I don't understand anything about it and accidentally saw this channel. Maybe they will help me here, I will be grateful
Buy Nimbus 26 or Novablast 4, you need soft and a lot of cushioning, and i would buy silicon pad in the heel of the shoes..That is what i did, also working on my feet, and man, i can promise you there is no pain :)
My ASICS Men’s Gel Nimbus 26 shoes lasted a mere 20 days before tearing, as evident in the attached picture. Despite the premium price tag of ₹15,900 and ASICS’ reputation for quality, customer care declined to offer a replacement. This experience has been deeply disappointing, especially for a product marketed as durable and suitable for long-distance running. As a loyal ASICS customer, I expected better quality control and post-purchase support. It’s disheartening to see a brand of this stature not stand behind its products. Would anyone recommend a reliable alternative for a long-distance running shoe that can truly last?
Absolutely disagreed about superblast. 45 mm stack with 252 gm weight. How on the earth its heavier. And its one the best versatile and dynamic shoes. Both cons you counted are absolutely rubbish. It's only drawback is its price.
Please check our video "How to Select Running Shoes?" The concept of a "daily trainer" is completely wrong. For a 100kg runner who has never done sports, the Kayano is a daily trainer. For Kipchoge, the Alphafly is a daily trainer. When you refer to shoes as daily trainers, which runner do you mean? On our map, you have an arrow pointing from the Magic Speed, so you navigate from the Magic Speed. You are correct that there is no plate here; however, we believe there is still some swing due to the geometry. I could agree that I am wrong in this aspect, but not about the weight.
@@RUNFAQ I agreed your knowledge is much better than mine regarding running shoes. But how many people like kipchoge uses alpha fly as daily trainer. And i agreed on that also kayano 30 is best for a heavy runner and a beginner because of its stability and cushioning combo. But for normal runners like me i think without a plate superblast is great daily trainer. You can’t argue on that. I never listen any negative word from any runner about superblast. Even though i love the novablast 3 before using superblast. Because it feel little firmer at first. But some how i kept coming back to it. Because it pushes you further to go fast and on slow runs its as comfortable as it gets because of its stack. And main thing is that it’s surprisingly stable for such a high stack shoe. Thats why i m rating it higher than other daily trainers.
I always preferred gel cumulus. My gel cumulus 15 ran about 1.6k km until their sole started to peel off the shoes. my next gel cumulus 18 ran about 1.2k km untile my big toe tore the netting. my gel cumulus 21 ran about 800km until I trew them out due to the same reason. my last gel cumulus 23 ran about 500km. F##k ##f Asics! Long live Salomon!
I love this type of explanation/introduction video for brand line ups. It gets confusing when there are so many models for the each brand. Thanks 👍🏼
6:54 finally someone mentioned it!
Fabulous data.. Thanks to this video I will blindly import nova blast
Good morning. Brilliant description. I prefer the Asics noosa tri 15 or the Superblast 1. Like from Spain 🇪🇸. A nice weekend for everyone.
Thank you so much for the video. Now I finally know what all of these models are for!
Oh, Gel Kinsei Max seems like a great comfort shoes that I might buy next
pls do ON running next! really loves this video for someone who has been loyal with Nike for many years and wanted to try other brands.
thanks for your videos! they are really helpful and allow to choose a proper pair of runnig shoes.
Asics has been on fire the last couple years, love their shoes
Such a helpful video thank you
Great video!
Whooooa, shout out from brazil. You used a clip from "tenis um minuto", a good channel from here
and after 4 months waiting - there is no new video for the trailing shoes...?
It's not popular, but my best asics shoes is evoride speed 1/2, best shoes 👌 for me hands down.
Nimbus 36? you from 2034?
fixed!
😂😂
A detailed video, thanks for your great work!

Yep, it is almost orange, but missing a plate. To be honest, it just does not fit my classification. I would put it green, but with a massive comment
Glideride 3 is still my favourite😢

Bring it to me...Bring it to me...yeaaaahhhhh I need Run FAQ videos everyday!
But I miss the Russian Voice over guy...I used to imitate him.
It lacked the Gel Quantum series. How would you rate them? Thks
How does the Novablast 4 LE differ significantly from the regular Novablast 4?
Hiii, for long walks and daily workout, noova, novablast 4, superblast 2, kinsei max, nimbus 25 or 26... what do you think is the best? thaaanks and great videooo

Keep up the good work!!
Very helpful!
Why you did not mention ASICS Gel-nimbus 26 ?
so the Gel Excite 10 is a budget version of which shoe?
Basically, Nimbus is high end, Cumulus is mid range version of Nimbus, and Excite is budget version of Cumulus..
can you please make a video on the best running socks as well. Appreciate it.
I am using novablast 4 from Malaysia
Good intro, thanks.
Excellent video! Good job
Hello. Do you know Roadmiles is the equivalent of which model?
Should I buy gel pulse 15 or cumulus 25

Very good video
Hi, do you have any information about Asics Gel Jadeite and Asics jog 100T?
Question: The old GT-2000 hade Lite-Truss, but the rebrand (Gel-Glorify) does not, does it provide the same support for minor pronation?
The analog is Asics - Gel-Roadmiles. It has Lite truss! Glorify is copy of cumulus.
What are their expensive version? Since they are the budget counterparts version
Gel excite 10 =
Gel contend 8 =
Jolt 4 =
Patriot 13 =
Dynablast 4 =
Can you do Adidas, please?
Awesome video as always!
Gel Ziruss 7 are rebranded Nimbus 24. Good trick for selling old models as new at high price.
the other way around
gel kayano 31 it's good just for daily?
love these videos.
The new Glideride was just released over the last week. Would like your explanation on where it will fit in the Asics lineup
Noosa 14 was my favorite… just got a bunch of 15s… I wish they wouldn’t change them… so I don’t need to buy 10 pairs every time I find a shoe I like lol
Can you do ON please.
Novablast 4 vs nimbus 26 which is best for daily training or 5km race...?
Novablast 4

what about the beloved Glide Ride?
so about gt1000 for overpronation more heavy less cushion is good for running pace 5-6?
Can you make review about all sketchers plz 😅 I could not find any info about their line 😢
My GT 2000 got wet. i wish I bought the goretex version.
The Kayano sole is huge. They should darken the colors of these huge soles so they don't look like elevator shoes.
so if I need stability shoe but want to improve on my speed which shoe should I get? Also for race day which shoe will work for me?
GT-2000
GT-2000 or Pulse probably..Lower profiles, more stability in them, and a bit stiffer shoes.

I just buy gel kinsei max, so nice in running and walking
I have the Adidas Runfalcon 3.0 TR … perfect…. 🔥✌️😂✌️🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🔥🔥🔥
TRAIL models? :P
At first, I did not get that it was a joke

Have you checked Magic speed 3 weight? 211gm. You do not agree 211 lighter than 252?
@@RUNFAQ but that's not a daily trainer that's a speed day or race day show. We are talking about a daily trainer.
There is not a plate either in this shoe. Beside the price this is best daily trainer.

Yall think the gel models would be good for jumpers
Perhaps Fuji Trabuco is missing. (but yeah, it is not for road running)
Thx for your job
You missed my shoes gel phenix
Will you make one for On?
high probability

@@RUNFAQ No, not at all. My average speed is about 5 min per km. I suppose it is quite slow.
