For me, 1080v13 is one of the best shoes of the year. The new formulation of the shoes is outstanding, outperforming my previous 1080V10 which is soft and lack of energy return.
So lack of "personality" in Ghost 16 is what made the shoe work for you but at the end of the video you say that "personality" is the key for any shoe for you. Logic is missing.
I have both. NB4 was my surprise of the year. Ended up being my favorite daily trainer. Firm enough to be responsive but very protective. I got my Nimbus 26s to 50 miles and retired them to just walking shoes. They were so mushy that I felt like I was running in wet clay. With less force when walking it feels nice though.
Its all so personal. I go through about 8-10 pairs a year and always try a different model, and Nimbus 26 was the only shoes Ive ever had to retire early because it felt so bad to run in. And I love me some Asics.
@@RunIQ_ terraventure and traverse is a good choice if you’re afraid of rolling your ankles while running. Good stability. They have some new lighter weight models, you may look it up.

1080v13 is a beast of a shoe. i use it all the way down to marathon pace.
I argee. My savior this year.
For me Rebel V4! On v13 I got arch pain…
It's a bit unstable and smaller than usual but other than that, it is incredible.
What about v14?
I am worried about the slippery winter runs on UK pavements. Wondering if a Novablast 4 TR might be worth it and get a Novablast 5 in the Spring!
Had problems with ghost 16 initially, then around 5-10 runs, i liked it a lot more
Thank you for putting my shoe in S tier
Thinking either Asics superblast 2 or asics gel nimbus 2. Leaning on super blast then later for recovery, nimbus
Just got my Ghost 16... Will run for years in this beast ❤️
Solid choice! 💪
Opinion for asics novablast 4 vs nimbus 26...???

@@derringera does nb4 still have some cushioned?
@derringera my kayano 31s are getting mushy and too soft for work😅
I own the Adidas they're great
I personally hate my on cloud 😂😂 it doesn’t give me the comfort that ultraboost gave me
You want shoes that do it all? Go with Mizuno Wave Horizon 6-7.
Ghost has 12 mm of drop, too much for me
On cloudmonster has been surprisingly great for me
1080 was always D
On isn‘t a runningshoe. It‘s a overrated, marketing, lifestyleshoe
Love my on Cloudmonsters ❤❤
On is pretty good mate.
the ultra boost an F😢
I have it and i probably would say that its kinda D/C tier, gonna get asics novablast 4/superblast now
Why don'ät you use ISO units? Ounces?? What?

Triumph is great imo
what the letters mean?

Nimbus should only be s tier in if your a heel striker there just not enough foam in the front for a forefoot striker
Topo shoes. Thank me later
Tried Topo like 6 years ago. Unfortunately, it felt really heavy and clunky. Which model do you recommend? 😃

@@RunIQ_topo terraventure and traverse are more Long lasting and good options. They have a lighter model you may research on it.
1080v13 is the best shoe in the whole list, your list of shoes sucks big time 👎
