Seems like you are pretty experienced runner, if you use these models for such cases. But if this is the truth, i disagree with Supernova Rise - it is model with increased stability, continuation of Solar glide. I believe Supernova stride is better for this particular selection.
Personally, I don’t think superblast is a racing shoes, i for one think it’s a daily trainer. It’s a better or premium version of novablast 4, it just does everything nb4 does but better. Hence, the price point. Idk, it’s just based on my experience on these shoes
Good morning. Excellent comparison. I'm not a elite runner. For my 65 kgs: Long distance= Asics novablast 4. Daily trainer= Saucony Kinvara 14. Race day= Nb fuelcell Rebel v4. Like from Spain 🇪🇸. Have a great day.
I love this video you guys are awesome 👏🏽 I love the way you explain everything when it comes to running shoes and from what I know you are always right on 👍🏽 I wish all videos were as helpful as this one thanks 😊
i need some stability. so i train in the saucony tempus and brooks adrenaline for my daily runs. my speed workouts i use the endorphin speed and for racing ill throw on the endorphin pro.
Best daily trainer for 60 Yr old half marathoner, training for Snowdonia Marathon in October (no over pronation)? I liked Hoka Mach 4, didn't get on with Mach 5
I really loved your videos. I wish i've met you before i buy my new shoes. I bought a nike dunk high cause i wanted something to protect my ankle, but watching your videos maybe a running shoes in the category support would be better. What do you think? Thank you for making these videos.
It is not possible to answer, since it is not clear how do you plan to use it (running, walking, basketball). also it is not clear how your body is developed phisically. Check our video "how to select running shoes"
At the shoe store in my city they are classified this way: leisure (i think its the same as walking shoes), training, running, skater (looks like leisure shoes). Can you do a video about this?
I have, nominally, 8 shoes in my rotation. Some I really wanted to like but found they just didn't work for me. The dependables? Hoka Cliftons, Puma Magnify & Velocity Nitros, Hoka Carbon. On trails its the Salomon Ultra Glide. Theres no real pattern, rhyme or reason. Some just work & some don't. It's different for each of us. Wildly different.
The whole point of the video is that there is no perfect in an absolute sense. Perfect is subject to each individual, their anotomy, their training needs and backgrounds and the target session or race.
What could be the recommend shoes that can tackle easy long runs and marathon at the same time.. I cannot decide what to buy. At the moment I am using magnify nitro 2 but I have issues with it. Also have history of Achilles tendonitis. What could be the best shoe for me ?
I believe in current nowadays lineup, the shoe types consist of: 1. Neutral daily trainer (divide by 2 sub categories. Which is premium high stack & lightweight) 2. Stability daily trainer 3. Corrective/support 4. Max cushion/recovery 5. Long run/super trainer 6. Speed/tempo 7. Race But i understand the whole point of the video. You are actually explaining what kind of tech/ideas of the shoes, not its purpose.
I think it is wrong segmentation, because Novablast is daily trainer for experienced runner and race day shoe for beginner. If i use it, i mislead half of my audience about the shoes. I encourage not to use it.
Nah, that describes useage while the video describes shoe types. My long run shoe would be a speed shoe for most other people. The video did it exactly right
What's the best running shoe for 10km? Im not an experienced runner and recently i did a 10km semi marathon and my knee caps and hips hurt so much for days. I know that i havent trained enough but i also know that my daily runner shoes didn't offer enough cushioning and support
@@-Only.Facts- It's the closest thing you have. Daily trainers are great all-around shoes for casual runners who only run 2x or 3x a week. Balanced shoes are great but in my opinion, one quickly outgrows their features.
This was part 1 of "how to select running shoes" guide. Part 2 is already available by the link: ruclips.net/video/3iSDAbovwGA/видео.html
Daily Trainer: Saucony (Endorphin Speed 4, Ride 17), Asics (Novablast 4, Gel Cumulus 26), Adidas (Boston 12, Supernova Rise),
Speed Session: Adidas (Takumi Sen 10), Asics (Magic Speed 3)
Racing: Nike (AlphaFly 3, Vaporfly 3), Asics (Superblast, Metaspeed Paris Edge and Sky),

Oh, here I am using the Saucony Endorphin Speed for my speed sessions 😮😅
@@bekw4366 I would classify the endorphin speed as a swing shoe based on their classification. So don't worry.
Don't forget the Endorphin Pro and Elite for the Races ;-)

I like max cusionning shoes for my jogging time. Feel more comfortable . Right now im on NB v4 and i am very excited with them
I just came across your channel and holy shit the amount of information you teach us deserves you a lot of subscribers.
Thank you!!!
It was the most complete explanation

Thank you for your Videos especially Adidas Running shoes Overview! Helped me a lot! Keep it up!

High arch feet , supination , medium width . What segment should i look for as a runner ? Thanks
this is how you navigate across segments: ruclips.net/video/7k7l2WwbhHw/видео.html
Do you videos for running, but very slowly aka walking? 😅
Well explained, thanks!
Thanks for watching!

Excited to see which brand will reach that perfect balance in the mentioned aspects
The whole point of the video is that there is no perfect in an absolute sense.
Perfect is subject to each individual, their anotomy, their training needs and backgrounds and the target session or race.
What type of class would be good with supination/underpronation?
For daily commute and long walks and small jogs in asphalt road which ones would you suggest?
Could you recommend Speed-Swing running shoes under budget?
how about supination, where do I have to look?
What kind of shoes for people who oversupinate?
ASICS gel 13, under pronation
Anyone know a good "balance" shoe?

Please watch my video "how to select running shoes". There is no possibility to recommend something, if I do not know anything about you.
Thanks...

So where would the Takumi Sen 10 fit here?
I liked previous voice overs
Statistic shows that with this voice i have 60% of viewers at 30 sec. With previous only 35%. In general it is almost 2 times better for me.
For everyone who is not racing, you only need 1 shoe, a daily trainer. Thats it.
What if we're not daily training?
Soon we will have a video about “rotation”
Naw

yes "need" one shoe, but better to have at least 2 to rotate
What hoka shoes at 1:48 and at 2:09?
What are the red Salomon call at 0:01

Music is a bit loud but I will give a pass because it went so hard. Good video!
New narrator? Are you using A.I voice over?
Not ai. Yep, new
@@RUNFAQnon ruski :(
anyone know the shoes at 3:07?

It’s still the Russian producers but using a different voiceover
dislike for background music
old shoes. old video??
you tell me, if it sounds outdated
And you wonder why people get confused about something that should be so simple. A lot of this is just marketing ploys
Men who identify as other can experiment with ladies shoes and vice versa.
Me trying to learn more about shoes through the video.
Also me trying to pick the nicest shoes amongst in the video. 🥲
