That's actually not 3F Departures, but 4F Departures. They technically have two 4th floors, but the shopping one is just on a slightly elevated surface. 3F Departures seem to only be accessible from the 4th floor going down as that's where people board the planes. The 4F shopping center you filmed was also the 5F mall instead. You passed the 4F Shopping Center while heading from the south to north wing.
Thanks for the nice walking tour, still looks quit in there. Should note that some of the international flights were moved from Narita to Haneda airport. For example, the SFO to Tokyo flights, some now go to Haneda, which is much better for both catching connecting domestic flights as well as getting into downtown. Thanks and take care!!

This airport appears to be too complex in the design. It makes you wonder, why in the world they built it so complicated, that it's difficult to understand where to go to get from the plane to the immigration. On the top of that, the signs are not clear to guide you from the plane to the immigration department. Who creates the plans for these airports and who creates the signs?!!! They are not passenger-friendly, making traveling a nightmare.

You guys have more freedom to move about in your airport. We cannot go past the ticket counter unless we have a ticket and pass through security.
