Great video! 4:31 i can see why someone would want to limit it to a certain playlist. Maybe if they are worried about copyright, and don't want to risk getting copyright strike on their archived stream on youtube or have part of their twitch VoD to be muted. Another reason could be that they're worried that their chat will play something offensive that could get them in trouble or banned. Or perhaps someone could have a daily music theme. Just some examples i thought of. Either way though, again, great video!
Can you speak to the copyright issues about streaming music? In your video you recommended to not limit the request to a playlist, but in Nightbot's copyright info area they suggest doing that to make sure every song is license free. I haven't even started streaming yet... just getting everything set up... but I'd definitely like to include music and song requests. I'm just getting 10 different answers from 10 different people about the copyrighted music issue as a whole. Thanks for any guidance.
in case of twitch it disables sound if it recognizes copyright music so take it easy man, if you are going for real just disable previous videos and disable the song request and just put a playlist filled without music with owners

Do I need to be streaming through OBS or stream labs to be able to hear the music while I stream? I stream from ps4, but set up the night bots on my laptop, the moderator and protection bot services work, but will the music be heard?

how do i get it to work with spotify
When I'm in the nightbot app and attempt to play a song, I can't hear anything. It just says "Volume not possible with spotify"
