Great production value and review! You are going to gain subscribers very quickly, from one media producer to another, I would recommend maybe turning down the music during your informational sections.
Great stability for sure 👍good for my old knees and hips. I have the camoflauge ones and they look sick! $53 at the Nike outlet. I may go buy another pair before they're gone.
Marshall Westbrook yeah!! Definitely a great WOD shoe! I like to have different shoes that are designed for specific uses so if I was going to lift heavy I’d go with my Metcon 5s or 4s or a pair of lifters depending on the situation! I did wear these for a couple WOD with cleans around 185 and fairly heavy front squats and they handle the weight well as long as you don’t rock forward to your toes. The heal is nice and firm but the soft foam on the front definitely will compress! Albur you know that now since you got a pair 😂 glad you enjoyed the video and thanks!
Great review man! The music is a bit too loud so it’s hard to hear what you’re saying... but overall great job dude 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Just bought this pair online, hope they will preform well on HIIT
@@im_Shlomi Wanted to go for free metcon 3, but Nike would take 1 month to deliver, thanks to covid19. So for now just ordered superrep go neon in Amazon, will return if they look less durable
Great review man! Very thorough and informative. I really like how my new shoes look. They felt so comfortable too. Looking forward to using them. I don’t do CrossFit, just gym workouts and running, so will likely use them mostly in the gym for workouts and for casual short and shirt days. Going to use my other shoes for outdoor runs.
Your videos are really high quality for someone who has less than 30 sub. Once you seem to care about with the videos productions, I believe the next investment you should be a better light. Your close footage and speaking to the camera moments are a bit dark.
My workouts mainly consist of jumproping, HIIT, plyometrics, agility/speed training and I sometimes jog for 30 mins. I don’t lift, I only do bodyweight exercises. What shoe would you suggest I wear?
Chelssy that’s awesome! I think these would be a great option for that, I’m guessing in your training you do lunges and air squats and stuff like that right? You might be able to find a deal on the first generation of these Metcon Free X also and they are great shoes too! Just don’t get the second generation. They are really stiff and I’ve never met someone that liked them. The Altra HIIT trainers are also a good option if you need a shoe with a little more room in the toe!
The Sampley Six alright! Many thanks :) What’s holding me back from getting these is they might be too heavy for when I do ladder training. Unfortunately my country’s Nike doesn’t sell the first gen free metcons anymore but I’ll take a look at these after quarantine thanks to you :)
Chelssy I wouldn’t worry about them being too heavy, each shoe weighs 289 grams and the first generation weighs 285 so they are basically the exact same weight
I was shopping for a training shoe a while back and seen Metcon Free 2. I loved the look of the shoe. I wanted it badly. Tried it on it the store and I was so upset at the mid foot feel. It was stiff and tight. I am bias I have flat feet but somewhat average slim width. But still, I other slim shoes and do just fine. I couldn't even make myself buy the 2s. I eventually got the Air Max trainer which has a weird forefoot drop and not really any forefoot lockdown. But I bought it for aesthetics anyways. Never trained it at all.
NO!! I played in them one time and they were awful! The insole kept moving around and I had to take my shoes off multiple times to put the insole back in place. So annoying and uncomfortable
Hey great question! I thought that they would be so I wore them to play basketball a couple weeks ago and they were awful. The upper is too flexible so when you make a fast cut you don’t have support and the insole isn’t secure so I ended up having to stop and take my shoes off because the insoles had bunched up and sideways in the shoe! It seems like they’d be good but unfortunately they’re not for that and I’ll never wear them for an athletic sport again. The first generation Metcon Free would be way better Thanks for watching!

Awesome video and review! I grabbed a pair and really loved them. Don’t know that I’d move super heavy weight in them but it’s a great shoe to WOD in.

Anyways, so good, I am the 11th.
ALEX GOMEZ hahaha I appreciate it! I need to do these consistently to get my followers up! Thanks again!

this shoes are so hard to put on :( but once you make it they are grat
They’re like a glove!
a good shoe reviews must have is comfort level and sizing which it lacks here
Is it ok for basketball?
NO!! I played in them one time and they were awful! The insole kept moving around and I had to take my shoes off multiple times to put the insole back in place. So annoying and uncomfortable
Hi! What do you use to edit your videos?
Hey! I use Adobe Premiere Pro
are they a good complement to the metcons 5s ?
allan bañuelos yes! Absolutely! I think a pair of these and a pair of the 5s would be a perfect combination!
Music sometimes is not nided or lower volume needed ,when u talk ,your voice should dominate more.
Would this be good for athletic type sports like basketball?
