As someone who was around for all of this (former SSRG staff, long-time Cult poster), it's funny to watch this whole story being dragged up. It was also interesting to see which details were skipped and which were just flat out wrong. I laughed when the logo for Retro Gamer popped up to represent an emulation website that had a beef with Pachuka and Emucult, because making Retro Gamer is my job and it's a magazine that didn't even launch until 2004. You say about how Sonic Mania might not have happened without Cult, but don't really back that up by talking about who was involved in Mania that used to post on Cult. Also, it's kind of weird how you didn't really cover the decline of Cult - you kind of just go from "this was a really popular website and the new ownership worked" and then cut to the shutdown straight away, but the site had fallen into decline years before that which is why it wasn't worth fixing. Getting Overlord's avatar wrong is fantastic because he's literally had the same one everywhere since 2001. Having said all that, the fact that you got Andy's name wrong for half the video was pretty great. So yeah, not a bad summary in just over 20 minutes, but this video kind of makes me want to see some of us who were actually there tell the stories in the full, gory detail they deserve.

Yeah I tried my best looking all the way in the past to look for information for pachuka. Unfortunatly I spent like a week to find him but he is gone. Wolen I did manage to find directly but unfortuantly there were communication problems. I have done alot of research to peice things together but the Sonic Retro was something that helped alot but since the website and the history is so old. Most of the stuff is lost to time. I actually have ALOT more information but I was a little too scared to upload it on here because it would be like 2+ hours long
Gotta say. You are a good speaker on the history of Sega. You do a good job reaching people in a casual way and teaching people something new. Maybe you should become a teacher?
