Hi Alice, my wife went into early labor last night :) However she noticed some water dripping after she finished peeing. That happened twice or three times. We went to our hospital and they said that they think that it might be a high water leak. The want to induce labor using gel, however she is still having contractions, not strong though but pretty regular. What do you think we should do. BTW The didn't find water leak when they examined her.

Do you have an option to go home and rest while labor picks up? That would be my first suggestion.

@@birthtoolbox We talk to them about it further and they said that they are fully booked now and have been super busy. Which mean that they couldn't induce her and were waiting for a free slot and bed. We have chosen to go home and carefully watched the baby movement and my wife for any alerting symptoms. Funny enough the bits of water stopped the same night but crams became less regular also. Now they just come sporadically, once an hour or a few times an our with a different strength.

It sounds like her body is getting ready to go into labor. I am wishing you all the best! Keep me posted.

@@birthtoolbox I think that are absolutely right :) She is having irregular contractions. Sometimes it is quiet, but then they come strongly for an hour or so. There is no water leak anymore. We are wondering if it is possible that the baby could have irritated her balder. We can see that the baby started doing it since this morning. However the baby is moving in about 70% capacity of what it was before the contraction started. Hear rate and water levels are very good though. the mother got a bit cold, as she was trying to keep her feet cold, to prevent them from swelling. She is having a fever of about 36.9C to 37.5C, so I it doesn't look that bad. However I have just discovered, by accident, how to revers the swelling for a couple of days. It must be repeated every now and then, to keep them look nice. If you want I will tell you all about it :) It is a recipe for a late evening meal :)

@@birthtoolbox Hi again. My wife cervix didn't open. So we think that it was Prodromal Labor. All stopped after 30h.
