I bought the Apcolypse Now 6 disk 4K collectors set, but the Lionsgate one was already sold out and selling for crazy prices. I ended up buying the Studio Canal release from the U.K. on Amazon U.S.. It was also only $20.00 also, and it came with a slip cover that went with that exact digital pack. The transfer was actually done by Studio Canal and Lionsgate just distributed it in the U.S.. It is an awesome transfer and a great movie.
Zombie really is a fantastic transfer, far better than you'd think it would ever be. Enter The Dragon, I expected to be fantastic. Lots of color, detail and beautiful grain. The Case of the Bloody Iris had a lot of love put into it, you could tell. Even Celluloid Dreams didn't want it out until they were happy with it. I was waiting for The Warriors to be on this list and wasn't disappointed LOL!!!
Which of the 3 versions of Close Encounters is your favorite? I'd have to check after work, but i remember one looking considerably better than the other 2
Good luck narrowing down the 90s 😂
80's and 90's will be tough. Honestly it could be 2 videos for each decade.
@@Franksmediaandreviews thinking top 20 of each? 10 each video?
