The great thing about making a holiday-themed horror movie: it's appropriate for that holiday AND Halloween!
If Harry Warden isn't bad enough, the miners accidentally wake up Rodan
Don't feel bad, Brandon, I laughed hard at the minor joke.... then immediately felt bad that I got booed for it.
Can I just say that ‘Holy Shit, I think that Marty might be the killer!’ Should be a tag line in every killer movie.
Man, this channel is an absolute goldmine. 🤘
The cliffhanger ending is utterly superb. No wonder why is one of Quentin Tarantino favorite slasher flicks.
I'm genuinely disappointed that this wasn't a Halloween 3 style story about a killer greeting card company.
I actually loved this. The underground, the miners mask being creepy. Even the characters. It all just worked.
My Blood Valentine > Black Christmas 100%
The ballad of Harry Warden is one of the most haunting theme songs for an '80s slasher, as well as a good country folk song.
Sorry for all the other people spamming Godzilla, you make those videos at the rate you want to
Just another reason the MPAA shouldn't exist.
"It's like a Canadian version of Frank Welker...."
Hahaha... "Well, pal, the bad news is, your girlfriend's dead. The good news is, though, that now you don't need that condom any more!"
You know, that might not have been the best horror slasher from the 80s, but those kills were creative and effective. Just makes me feel bad for the makeup artists having their scenes cut
"Now I need to find a 4th of July horror movie that I can review on Thanksgiving!"
I like the Murder Haiku at
I remember sneaking into the theater as a kid and watching this back in 81
I laughed my ass off when Brandon went full Canadian.
The only slasher where I gasped out loud when someone died due to how much I liked them.
