wizzair is know for their smooth landings, but also NO customer service. like none. but mostly things work, so normally you don't need customer service anyway... eg. wizzair flies to many different climates, like wintery kazakhstan with icy runways and summer abu dhabi with HEAT, so their pilots are used to a lot of different conditions that others are not used to. for this reason even when all easyjet and ryanair flights were cancelled due to snowfall one time, wizzair and norwegian was flying no problem... but if you do have to use customer service, it's all doomed. but the flights themselves are always nice. btw wizzair also doesn't do catering for their own staff, i remember pilots standing in line to order food on a longer flight lol
I love Wizz Air I flew Wizz Air from London to Istanbul and it was an excellent experience the seats were quite comfortable and nice, the cabin was also very nice and modern,to be honest RyanAir is excellent to from my experience
3:07 lol you can always just ask them to adjust the temperature... if you are the first one to complain, they normally listen. only if there are conflicting requests from passengers is when the cabin crew goes "sorry, nope, someone else wanted it warmer"
Best Wizzair flight i had was 3,91€ from ARN to GDN, great view of stockholm, on time, perfect. A benefit in comparison to ryanair is, that they allow a bit bigger personal item
Thank you! I do find flights on SkyScanner. Sometimes I choose to fly those days that have the lowest flight prices! The cheapest flight I’ve done was for 5 euros 😄
worst thing with wizz air is my usual flight is from EDI to AMS. easyjet is the only one who offers this for a price thats affordable, ryanair only does EDI to Eindhoven and rarely flies this route, and wizz air doesnt fly from EDI to the netherlands at all. other than that they look to be a pretty great offering
But the problems started two years ago. I was looking for plane tickets to Heraklion and I found it at 60 Euros. After 10 minutes, when I was ready to book them, they were 160 Euros

Wow! That’s insane! My cheapest flight was for 4,99€ but that was with Ryanair!
very nice and well-scripted first flight review! My first longform video is also coming soon so I hope we can thrive on RUclips together!
Thank you for your kind words! I am so excited to watch your video when it’s out! Let’s do it🔥
Totally agree, Wizz air it is very good low cost airline. I like to fly with them
Yes! Much more comfortable and flying the Airbus planes is a big bonus!
Good and comprehensive review, but… how do you manage to find those cheap flights?!

True. I think maybe some day in the future they will bring more flight routes for a great price and that would be it 😊
Always winds me up when i tell People I've flown Wizz and their face goes all cringe
Literally 😂 I don’t really understand that

Wizzair is s-o good that in the summer their flights from OTP to holiday destinations can be delayed by 7 hours... Definitely I prefer Ryanair
Wow! That’s a lot! I guess that’s why they are #1 for their delays
@AVGirl1 I guess...

I had the exact same experience with Ryanair.
Sometimes it's not the company's fault at all

From my experience, Ryanair is a lot better than Wizz Air!
Cool! What makes your Ryanair experience better? 😊
Nice English!
Agree, wizzair is much better than ryanair in all ways
