Soft and Easy Rava Uppumavu | Sooji Upma Recipe

- Ingredients
Semolina - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 2 nos
Ginger - 1 medium
Curry leaves - 3 sprigs
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Urad dal -1 tsp
Salt - 1 or 2 tsp
Oil - 1 or 2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and urad dal ,let them crackled .
Add chopped onion and green chilli saute them well.
Then add ginger ,curry leaves and grated coconut saute them well.
Add one cup of water and salt ,mix and boil them well.
Then add roasted semolina and mix and cook them until they absorb all water .
Remove from fire and set a side.
Serve and enjoy the tasty breakfast recipe uppumave
