    Thank you guys for making this the most incredible community and place for me to share openly ♥ Here is the banana bread recipe if anyone would like to make it:
    1 banana
    1 scoop protein powder (code Pernilla for discount - links are in the description)
    1/2 cup oats
    1 tbsp can’t believe it’s not butter
    6 tbsp egg white
    1/4 cup apple sauce
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder

    I am two months postpartum, and your channel has helped me get back into the gym and start feeling good again in my body! I have a long way to go, but have goals to be healthy, fit and happy for my little one.     I am literally making the banana bread along with you. I decided to put it in the microwave to cook instead of the oven because I thought it might be quicker and as soon as I am finished watching I am heading out to the gym. I hope mine turns out out yummy. P.S. The microwave banana bread turned out great (5min) and I ate a piece along with you. Off to the gym now :)

    I used to be sooo much like you pernilla! abs, dedicated to fitness, etc, but I wasn't truly happy (honeslty I was a slave to it!) until I heard the real, actual Gospel and accepted Jesus's death for my sins and submitted my life to God 10 years ago. Life is so much better now and I continue to be fit but flexible with it, helping others when needed even if it means sacrificing my workout, and being okay with it. I had to hand over my body image idolatry and that was very, very freeing!

      Thank you amd I'm glad you are well now! God saves us from ourselves.
      Unfortunately, I've seen this so mamy times. I am a nutritionalist, personal trainer, former bodybuilder and powerlifter and martial artist, and this is exactly what I am doing all I can to prevent. She makes no mention of genetics, no mention of eating disorders, body dismorphia , and over training.
      I actually feat for her mentally, physically and spiritually. Health js based far more on the things above then the gym and diet.
      People are made different and her saying things like I made a video about how to deal with larger legs. Some genetics have big legs , which are beautiful as thin legs. Working out and diet need to be based on the individual. Making muscle and lower fat until a healthy level, not thin. Women should have a minimum of 15 percent body fat to be healthy, the average woman is over 25 percent and healthy. 15 percent is very low. She let herself drop to 9 percent which can be dealt for many.
      I once had body dismorphia and it a terrible thing. I would diet and train so much. It damn near killed me over and over. No matter how big or cut , I felt small and fat. Please if this fits you, stop doing what your doing, and get help right away.

    I love love love you! And my mouth went watering when I watched the final presentation of your banana bread - what a great idea to add sour cream!     Were do you get the chips from??? im on my weight lose journey and getting fit and changing my lefe style to a healthy and active one so im trying things out and see what works for me i just started my journey so im looking for stuff to try to see what works for me cause i have PCOS so its harder for me and workouts to try
