Omg, I feel like I am watching myself in your videos! Fast food hacks (it's.not even fast getting fast food) increasing protein and getting rid of useless calories that are going to waste stomach space/cals that I can make up elsewhere. Taking photos of where I have parked my car-of course...it just makes sense, so many things to do! 😍

I'm curious why you eat so much protein and so few calories? It would seem that with how active you are and how lean you already are with the muscle mass you could easily eat over 2k calories in a day as maintenance with the same or even a little less of protein
