I used to like Bill -- thought he was fair. But the level of Trump derangement coupled with the "Democracy is at risk" argument gets so old. Trump has his flaws, but the country was in a far better shape when he was leading it. Biden has brought America to it's knees. It cannot take another 4 more years of this -- maybe, just maybe, neither can the world.

I’m reading comments annnd… it seems too few enjoyed the sparks and respectful exchange of differing views. But it’s so healthy to allow other opinions to be heard! Did everyone listen to the full interview? What’s up with all the people slamming Bill? Megyn didn’t slam him at all. And why would she? It’s ok to have different opinions, friends! This was a fascinating discussion no matter what side anyone chooses. We have to be able to hear each other. Bill Maher is NOT a raddy lefty. He’s a fairly reasonable opposing voice.

I actually enjoyed this interview. While I didn’t agree with many of the things Bill Mayer said, it was refreshing that they were able to have a civil discussion without screaming and talking over each other. I would like to see a follow up interview after the election.

The big difference here is that Bill denies the facts and Megyn's opinion. Megyn just disputes Bill's opinions. Bill does not understand the difference.
But Bill after the whole Jan 6 Capitol root fiasco Trump DID leave the White House. And it is one thing to dispute the results of an election with unprecedented mail-in voting and quite another to dispute the 22nd Amendment. And the man would be 81 and would likely have aged facing an adversarial media and bureaucracy going after literally every day for over a decade.
Not only did he leave, he left early!

A fair election is: 1. Vote in person, no mail in votes, 2. Voter ID, 3. No machine counting votes, people count votes, 4. Do not stop counting ballots until counting is done. And, at last, no JB curve, anyone with some analytical skills know JB curve is not normal and realize something is wrong

Mail-in voting has worked since the Civil War. Voter ID is fine - if someone who doesn't have ID can get it for free.when they register to vote.

One of the best interviews ever. Megyn Kelly was absolutely resolute in her defense of conservative principles. Bill Maher is a brilliant comedian and author. This was uplifting television. Thank you both.
I'm a lifelong conservative - a real one - and I don't see a single "conservative principle" this MAGA cult takeover of the GOP observes. Not one.
I was already done even before January 6th but how people can vote for a candidate who doesn't even observe the most basic tenant of democracy is beyond me.
