    Hi Folks,
The Paston Way is a long distance foot path between North Walsham and Cromer, about 30km (21 miles).
In this the first part I ride between North Walsham and Edingthorpe.
Serviced at both ends by the Bittern Line, Greater Anglia, its easy to get to by train.
The path covers a varied variety of surfaces - dirt track, wood land, farm land and off course some dis-used rail track!
Starting at St Nicholas Church in Nrth Walsham, I head out in a northerly direction, and its not long before I enter the "Knapton Cutting". This is part of the Norfolk & Suffolk old rail bed, now owned by North Norfolk Council. Its a designated Nature and Butterfly reserve.
After a few kilometers, I'll show you the "Norfolk Stone Circle".
The path turns eastward over open farmland. The route takes in some 17 medieval flint build stone churches. I stop at All Saints, at Edingthorpe for lunch on this beautiful day.
This is only part 1 of 2, so I hope you enjoy the video enough to watch the second part, where I ride the beach at Bacton and on ward to Cromer...
    Thanks for watching

Really enjoyed watching that, very professional especially the drone shots, also the points of historical interest.

    Hey great vid!
But just to let you know Edingthorpe is pronounced Ee-ding-thorpe.

@@divum Hey it took me a while to get the hang of it too.
I've just found your channel and have been binge watching your videos. I love your homour, B-roll footage and the knowledge about the area that you travel through.
I used to be in Iceni Velo for a few years before I moved away. From my memory I think I can remember you from the club back then about 6 years ago. A friendly chap like most of the peeps in the club.
Loved the club and miss it but now live in North Walsham which is too far away for me to regularly come to rides sadly.
