This has to be the best Sims 4 Hunger Games movie I've watched! ❤️🔥 From the beginning it was striking and beautiful. You've put so many additional characters and also made them connected to the tributes. Made a whole literal cimematic universe and made us experience the whole of it. It wasn't just the 66th Hunger Games, it was the Games and the world around them, the people, the government, everything! And the plot and storytelling kept me engaged the whole time. They were so many big and little unexpected turns that were shocking and also thrilling. During the movie they were many scenes where i genuinely couldn't predict what will happen next and the way you kept us guessing the whole time was incredible! Just when we were dying to know what was going on, you revealed everything at the perfect moment, making it all click in the most satisfying way. It was such a brilliant experience no other Sims 4 Hunger Games movie has given me! 💝 And your characters are just exceptional! First, amazingly beautiful. Second, they weren't just a bunch of tributes killing each other and hating on each other with "funny" words. You showed them acting like humans in every way possible. They had emotions, relationships, regrets, dreams, stories and everything a real person would have. I think that's what makes your movie so exceptional. You don't just state facts, you let your characters show them and make us feel them too. I even cried a few times during the movie especially when Vidgis died, even though I didn't even like her at the beginning. But you made me see her through her, understand her motives and even have empathy for her (and not only Vidgis, just an example). The relationships were also so cute. I loved Bovine and Ribbon together, they would've made such a great long lasting couple in a different universe 💔 I wish i could've seen more from Kesteven and Love and Vision and Vibra too, and Marbel was very sweet to me, I feel if she wasn't raised like this she would be a very sweet girl and maybe a little shy. I also LOVED all the details like the character names with meanings, the music the outfits the scenery. And I like how you ran away from the cliché that the careers are always at the cornucopia - they were kind of like "Um this place is so creepy and this bitch on the roof creeps us even more" and i actually laughed. Besides idk if anybody has noticed but I love how they were these blue butterflies in the title at the beginning and on the cover and then they were like recurring symbol throughout the movie - in Dreadmels jewlery and few times during the games in the arena. Similarly, the winner Foxglove had a snake necklace and last year's winner Ashbel had a snake tattoo behind her year. Since it's AU maybe we should call it "Elegy of snakes and butterflies" Sorry it got so long, I just wanted to share with you my thoughts 💞 I've been waiting for this movie since the beginning, knowing it would be great and it was all worth it. It’s kinda crazy how the final 3 was looked at as Titus: Pure hearted in the arena Foxglove: strong minded in the arena And dreadmel: corrupted thinking in the arena

When I looked at the trailer I sensed that Dreadmel was punished to go to the games in a rigged draw like in the Lucy Grey movie. In the video of her past it is intuited that she said something reckless to the peacemakers which provokes the crime of Gwindion, Davis 's fiance', son of the mayor. But I didn't understand why Flukus was the male tribute, if he was to be Darvis's brother-in - law. By watching the whole movie I got all the answers. It was the secret story of the d12 with Dreadmel and Flukus. I voted for Flukus and Vision, glad with the performance of both.
Hello, I 'm very pleased about romantic relationships and also heartlessness between tributes. Marbel, Blaise and Ribbon, Bovine' s pair were formed. The d9 pair suffered a crisis because off the games in it selves. Very original the theme of heartlessness. Several tributes had a love interest but we're not reciprocated. Something natural that all of us know. Then Apheleia, Kesterven, Vibra, Titus and Boysen had been rejected for their love interests. Also Dreadmel in d12 by Darvis, the mayor ' son
I rectify. Love and Kesterven did like each other, they were the first love couple to form although there were no explicit romantic scenes. There were some comments about this in the community.
This was absolutely fantastic! I’m absolutely stunned! It was dark and unhinged but at the same time it was slow and gradual! I definitely didn’t expect Foxglove to win, nor for Dreadmel to be the runner-up! You deserve every compliment in the goddamn dictionary! Well done!
My heart dropped when I saw that shot of Dreadmel at 10:44 and Flukus omg he's so freaking beautiful 😭♥️ I love all three Vi's. Vibra has my favorite design but Vidgis is just an amazing character with actual growth I dunno why but i love and hate how the game makers write a fallen tribute's name on a tombstone in less than 24 hours
Excellent! In the movie theme of madness begins from the first shots and continues in the Games. After the watching my favorites are Foxglove, Titus, Chrysanta and Love. Dreadmel and Blaise are crazy and harmonical pair in their mental state. Vidgis is one of the deepest characters in the movie, I like her transformation and revelation in dialogs with her district partner Titus. Psychology in movies about Hunger Games is the most delicious!
Great movie. The real first part was the trailer, videos, shorts and the community There I discovered, I wondered, I guess,, I was wrong about the characters. I also learned a lot of from feedbacks from others fans. Also music of the film, previous videos, shorts. You have a great collaborator with @clementine. What I liked most about the movie was the best Dreadmel willing to redeem her sins by saving Flukus. To that end she created the lovely pijama coalition with the others girls to give them a chance. This was phenomenal. Bravo. Did I miss a detail about why the characters seem to be going crazier as the game went on? Was there a nerve gas being released by the gamemakers or something? I thought that D1M and D12F received the highest training scores because of the psychological test -- meaning they could deal with whatever the gamemakers were doing to drive the tributes crazy..
@@danwentzel7247 yes, they were drugged with airborne mind-altering/hallucinogenic substances. about these psychological tests, they have nothing to do with training scores. they were like a regular check up of the mental health of the tributes, but also made with the purpose to find out their traumas and fears so the game makers can use these against them if they decide to. in the movie (because I felt like it would be so) mental health and mental illness is a tabu topic and kids in the districts are heavily undereducated about it, they can't even comprehend the meaning of these diagnoses - and that's what happened with the d1m and d12f, they've been diagnosed with having some serious mental illness, while everyone else was mentally fine. and this, they thought, would be some sort of disadvantage for them in the arena, therefore blaise (d1m) reacted so bad to the whole thing, when he found out about it
Spoilers Y'all Flukus' death followed by Boysen and Chrysanta messed me up so badly. I also kinda like how the bloodbath and sorta unfair positioning of the podiums sort of follows the book (with the bloodbath occuring in hours and separate events rather than just minutes of a huge fight)
😭 I LOVE THIS. The dark themes, the gore, the dark romance and the characters either evolving or going crazy it's amazing. Question though which hunger games are you gonna do next? The beginning hunger games or the ones after the 66th? 😭

Incredible. I loved this years Victor, her character development was beautiful, but it was a sad, and very dark story. Bovine also fetishized white girls which I thought was weird lmao, but I appreciated Titus as a person, Blaise as a career, Foxglove, Apheleia, Kestevan, Love, and Ribbon were def some favorites of mine
@@lpshungergames thank you for watching ❤ just wanted to clarify bovine isn't fetishizing white girls, it's more an accent about how the population in their district consists mainly of people of colour so that's something quite rare for them. they are mocking the white girls because they feel like they would be the weakest one around. but its also supposed to demonstrate how apheleia isnt his preferred type of women, although apheleia showed interest in him, he was so much more intrigued by a white girl, because its something new for him, because it's part of his personal preference and so on. I hope this clears things up
I loved how dark it was!! Why was Ashbel in trouble? My only criticism is how a lot of them were friends but it was a really good movie and I hope u make more content ❤

SPOILERS: This movie was so emotional with so many unexpected twists and turns, Foxglove is a great Victor and Dreadmel was an even better runner-up, both were girls who went through a lot and were mistreated their entire lives, and it was interesting to see how the arena and the games changed the both of them as people. A great movie, good job❤

Hello, thank you very much for the episodes of the films, so I can watch it again better. I loved the secret story of the d12 couple, the one of the d4 couple, Foxglove and Llyr, the one of d5 and the individuals stories of Vidgis abd Blaise. I loved the settings and the music. Also the mentors and the stylists, the kind adults at the Capitol. Casanious, one of the faces of the Capitol. That the tributes referred to each other by the first names, instead of the typical "the boy from d10,the girl from d2". I loved Dreadmel 's alliance, the alliance of the clever and not so arrogant professionals, and the tributes that just wanted to go with their district partners. The couple formed and the unrequited tributes from their love interests. And finally that magical and strange arena. An arena without mutos (may be blues butterflys) and without deadly weather events, such as fire or floods, which was seen in the 74th and 75th. The weapons used by the game makers was the gas that affected all the tributes, terribly increasing their aggressieness, their fears, their jealousy and their melancholy. Great job!!!
@@jeffchen1503 oh no, nothing supernatural like that, I will explain. the movie has many narrators and one of them, the most important one, is dreadmel's boyfriend, the guy you see at the end. the movie starts with his narrative and ends with his narrative. the whole point is that this guy has some really bad case of schizophrenia, but so does dreadmel. when foxglove comes on a visit he imagines dreadmel. I'm spoiling it only for you but these two will be married in my next series with him imagining her as dreadmel for many years. this totally broken sense of reality shows that the events in the hunger games might not have been as presented, not as extreme, not as brutal, dreadmel might have even died a lot earlier, but that's how the boyfriend in question "saw" the games and how he presented them as a main narrator, through the perspective of his own mental illness.
@@jeffchen1503 and foxglove said that to mel because foxglove comes in the role of the "purifier". she felt the darkness in the soul ever since their first meeting, even when she so deeply believed and wanted to believe she is good. foxglove didnt want to win, in fact she came into the games to end her life, bur she didnt want to let dreadmel win either because she would only get worse, darker with the years, and since foxglove was coming from a deeply religious family, she was worried about the size of the godly punishment she would receive once she is dead. so foxglove decided she was making her a favour that way. sorry that was long

@@jeffchen1503 I mean I wouldnt say she plays along, it's presented more like a moment of weakness, since she is touch starved and has yearned for anything romantic in her life which just couldnt happen because of her strict religious father and the way she was raised. but what plays the biggest role in my opinion, is that there was some really weird unspoken connection between dreadmel and foxglove, some magnetic pull, which wasnt platonic or romantic, but something bigger. they are supposed to represent oppossites so I guess its like stepping in the other persons shoes, like the other unknown part of hers
I liked this movie so u get sub and like😊 But I have criticism that the tributes just don't act like teens,they're all too mature and speak like adults.

I loved the psychological game, the game makers put on the tributes. and the story felt way more humane and emotional for me, bc the buildup was really slowly written and paced. I felt genuinely sad when flukus died, I have a disabled brother so I felt connection with him and foxglove too, a lot of the tributes where really relatable so good job 👏

@ettisims I didnt like how almost every single tribute had some sort of love for eachother it felt rlly unrealistic and a lot of them were sexualized. The quality of the movie was good but i didnt rlly like how unrealistic it was

First, not all characters have "love" for each other. Only Ribbon and Bovine have a genuine connection; even Harvest and Mavonde are not romantically involved despite being engaged. The rest are using each other for various reasons. Vision and Vibra use their charm strategically, Harvest flirts with Titus for her benefit, and Dreadmel and Blaise manipulate others to get what they want. The brief kiss between Marbel and Blaise or Apheleia’s interest in Bovine are typical teenage responses to their dire situation. With so many games over the years, diverse stories are natural and enrich the community. Criticizing "realism" in a dystopian setting defined by creative interpretations you're familiar with, without considering psychological principles, is unreasonable. Humans are biologically programmed to seek bonds, especially under stress. Research indicates that in high-stress situations, especially for younger individuals, social bonding can be as important as survival (and even more). This portrayal is realistic from a psychological perspective. If you prefer pure fights, other types of videos might suit you better. Everyone has their preferences, but I wanted to clarify why your critique seems counterintuitive.

All those characters I named had some sort of romantic tie to another character whether it be dating, flirting, or liking the other person.

Incredible. I loved this years Victor, her character development was beautiful, but it was a sad, and very dark story. Bovine also fetishized white girls which I thought was weird lmao, but I appreciated Titus as a person, Blaise as a career, Foxglove, Apheleia, Kestevan, Love, and Ribbon were def some favorites of mine
@@lpshungergames thank you for watching ❤ just wanted to clarify bovine isn't fetishizing white girls, it's more an accent about how the population in their district consists mainly of people of colour so that's something quite rare for them. they are mocking the white girls because they feel like they would be the weakest one around. but its also supposed to demonstrate how apheleia isnt his preferred type of women, although apheleia showed interest in him, he was so much more intrigued by a white girl, because its something new for him, because it's part of his personal preference and so on. I hope this clears things up

This movie was so emotional with so many unexpected twists and turns, Foxglove is a great Victor and Dreadmel was an even better runner-up, both were girls who went through a lot and were mistreated their entire lives, and it was interesting to see how the arena and the games changed the both of them as people.

Hello, thank you very much for the episodes of the films, so I can watch it again better.
I loved the secret story of the d12 couple, the one of the d4 couple, Foxglove and Llyr, the one of d5 and the individuals stories of Vidgis abd Blaise.
I loved the settings and the music.
Also the mentors and the stylists, the kind adults at the Capitol.
Casanious, one of the faces of the Capitol.
That the tributes referred to each other by the first names, instead of the typical "the boy from d10,the girl from d2".
I loved Dreadmel 's alliance, the alliance of the clever and not so arrogant professionals, and the tributes that just wanted to go with their district partners.
The couple formed and the unrequited tributes from their love interests.
And finally that magical and strange arena.
An arena without mutos (may be blues butterflys) and without deadly weather events, such as fire or floods, which was seen in the 74th and 75th.
The weapons used by the game makers was the gas that affected all the tributes, terribly increasing their aggressieness, their fears, their jealousy and their melancholy.

@@jeffchen1503 oh no, nothing supernatural like that, I will explain. the movie has many narrators and one of them, the most important one, is dreadmel's boyfriend, the guy you see at the end. the movie starts with his narrative and ends with his narrative. the whole point is that this guy has some really bad case of schizophrenia, but so does dreadmel. when foxglove comes on a visit he imagines dreadmel. I'm spoiling it only for you but these two will be married in my next series with him imagining her as dreadmel for many years. this totally broken sense of reality shows that the events in the hunger games might not have been as presented, not as extreme, not as brutal, dreadmel might have even died a lot earlier, but that's how the boyfriend in question "saw" the games and how he presented them as a main narrator, through the perspective of his own mental illness.
@@jeffchen1503 and foxglove said that to mel because foxglove comes in the role of the "purifier". she felt the darkness in the soul ever since their first meeting, even when she so deeply believed and wanted to believe she is good. foxglove didnt want to win, in fact she came into the games to end her life, bur she didnt want to let dreadmel win either because she would only get worse, darker with the years, and since foxglove was coming from a deeply religious family, she was worried about the size of the godly punishment she would receive once she is dead. so foxglove decided she was making her a favour that way. sorry that was long

@@jeffchen1503 I mean I wouldnt say she plays along, it's presented more like a moment of weakness, since she is touch starved and has yearned for anything romantic in her life which just couldnt happen because of her strict religious father and the way she was raised. but what plays the biggest role in my opinion, is that there was some really weird unspoken connection between dreadmel and foxglove, some magnetic pull, which wasnt platonic or romantic, but something bigger. they are supposed to represent oppossites so I guess its like stepping in the other persons shoes, like the other unknown part of hers

@@ettisimsi finished watching and wow, I definitely wasn’t excepting for it to take a dark turn like that. I loved the psychological game, the game makers put on the tributes. and the story felt way more humane and emotional for me, bc the buildup was really slowly written and paced. I felt genuinely sad when flukus died, I have a disabled brother so I felt connection with him and foxglove too, a lot of the tributes where really relatable so good job 👏

@ettisims I didnt like how almost every single tribute had some sort of love for eachother it felt rlly unrealistic and a lot of them were sexualized. The quality of the movie was good but i didnt rlly like how unrealistic it was
also i wanna add that I found it kinda weird how almost all the tributes were friends with eachother bcuz it wasnt like that in the books or hg movies so all around it felt unrealistic but the quality and characters were good

First, not all characters have "love" for each other. Only Ribbon and Bovine have a genuine connection; even Harvest and Mavonde are not romantically involved despite being engaged. The rest are using each other for various reasons. Vision and Vibra use their charm strategically, Harvest flirts with Titus for her benefit, and Dreadmel and Blaise manipulate others to get what they want. The brief kiss between Marbel and Blaise or Apheleia’s interest in Bovine are typical teenage responses to their dire situation.
With so many games over the years, diverse stories are natural and enrich the community. Criticizing "realism" in a dystopian setting defined by creative interpretations you're familiar with, without considering psychological principles, is unreasonable. Humans are biologically programmed to seek bonds, especially under stress. Research indicates that in high-stress situations, especially for younger individuals, social bonding can be as important as survival (and even more). This portrayal is realistic from a psychological perspective. If you prefer pure fights, other types of videos might suit you better. Everyone has their preferences, but I wanted to clarify why your critique seems counterintuitive.
