Narcissa lied to Voldemort’s face about Harry being dead. Remember the part where she whispered to him and asked if Draco was still alive and he slightly nodded yes? She cared more about her son’s wellbeing than she did about Voldemorts cause and wanted to get him as away from him and the death eaters. It was the second time in Harry’s life that he was protected by a mothers love.

I also think she knew that Draco had gone to Harry to get his wand back since he had his mother's wand, and since Harry was obviously still alive, she feared that Draco might not be. By Harry saving Draco and sparing him, nodding to her that yes he is still alive, she lied to Voldemort to get to the castle and find her son.

I think they did a bad job with the dialogue in that moment though. In the book she words it differently, but in the movie Bellatrix says "the boy, is he dead?", and the way Narcissa says "Draco, is he alive?" straight after that makes it sound like she's some how telephathically asking Draco if Harry is alive. And Harry's nod isn't very obvious either. I just think it was a terribly executed moment. What posessed them to change the line when it made perfect sense in the book?

In the first movie when Harry meet snape the first thing Snape asks Harry is "Potter! What would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?" translated to Victorian Flower Language, asphodel is a type of lily meaning 'My regrets follow you to the grave' and wormwood means 'absence' and also typically symbolised bitter sorrow. Snape is without a doubt one of the best tragic characters ever written, right up there with Darth Vader. His one sided love for Lily combined with her love for his bully turned Snape to the Dark Side, yet he gave that up when he learned the one he served intended to kill the woman he still cared for. After her death, he continued looking after her child. All this time we thought Snape was a bully of a teacher when it turned out he was protecting Harry from behind the scenes (when Harry's broom was hexed in the first movie, when he bodily shielded the kids from the werewolf, guiding Harry to the sword of Gryffindor, training him to shield his mind from Voldemort and so much more) And then Snape is faced with the harshest of realities; he must be branded as a traitor by his peers by murdering his best friend, and that all that time he spent protecting Harry, one day the boy was going to have to be sacrificed to the one person who wanted him dead the most.
There's a saying about tragic villains/characters like this; those who are considered heartless once cared too much.

There was quite a few details about Severus Snape's past in the Harry Potter book... He was born in a difficult family situation, the son of a muggle and a witch (the half-blood Prince) and he met Lily (Harry's mom) when they were kids... He revealed that she had powers, despite having muggle parents, and they would be attending Hogwarts to learn about wizarding.
Harry's Aunt Petunia had met Snape and was terrified of him ... and she resented Lily for being special.
Snape had aspirations of joining Slytherin House, but Lily placed in Gryffindor... and the 2 houses were always at odds, but the 2 remained friends at Hogwarts. Unfortunately, Snape got into the dark arts and the ideologies of Voldemort as a student... Snape and James Potter hated each other (they both loved the same girl, Lily) and James was a jock and popular kid... while Snape was a misfit, and he got bullied a lot as a result by James... Snape would also hex James every chance he got at school.
Lily tried to convince Snape to stop obsessing over the 'dark arts'... but Snape wouldn't listen. During one particularly brutal bullying incident, Lily defended Snape, but Snape angrily called her 'mudblood'... That night, Snape begged Lily to forgive him, but Lily was upset and told him that he made his choices and she couldn't be friends w/ him anymore... Snape was bitter when in their last year at Hogwarts, Lily and James started dating... After they graduated school, Snape went to join the death eaters... Lily and James eventually married.
When Prof. Trelawny at Hogwarts made a prophecy that the dark lord (Voldemort) would be challenged by a young boy, Voldemort decided that it was referring to James and Lily's son Harry... he marked them for death.
Despite her choices, Snape still loved Lily and asked Voldemort to spare her life, but he refused (Voldemort thought that Snape 'desired' Lily) ... Snape was desperate and went to Dumbledore to warn him of Voldemort's plan to kill the Potter family and begged him to hide them, pledging his loyalty to Albus Dumbledore and acting as a spy amongst the death eaters.
We know that Peter Pettigrew (Wormtail) betrayed the Potters to Voldemort and both Lily and James were murdered... but Harry survived Voldemort's death curse somehow and vanquished the dark wizard.
A devastated Snape was asked by Dumbledore to help protect Harry Potter, and Snape agreed, but only if his past was kept secret... Dumbledore kept Snape out of Azkaban and got him a job at Hogwarts as a potions master... Snape was hard on Harry because he didn't want him to make the same mistakes as his father James... and he still harbored ill will towards his former bully from school.
When Voldemort returned, it was Dumbledore who asked Snape to meet the dark wizard if he was summoned and act as a spy once again.
When Harry Potter was being moved by the Order of the Phoenix, Snape was given the correct date and time... but it was he who put the idea of using multiple Harry Potters to confuse the death eaters so that Harry could escape and be safe... Snape cast a spell on Mundungus Fletcher, who suggested Snape's idea to the Order... It was Snape who passed on the Sword of Gryffindor to Harry, using his patronus charm (a doe, the same as Lily Potter's).
Before his death, he still had letters that Lily had written to him.

One of my favorite scenes. The book’s scene is more fleshed out and gets me choked up to this day.
    From the book:
Bellatrix was still fighting too, fifty yards away from Voldemort, and like her master she dueled three at once: Hermione, Ginny, and Luna, all battling their hardest, but Bellatrix was equal to them, and Harry’s attention was diverted as a Killing Curse shot so close to Ginny that she missed death by an inch-
He changed course, running at Bellatrix rather than Voldemort, but before he had gone a few steps he was knocked sideways.
    “NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU BITCH!”
Mrs. Weasley threw off her cloak as she ran, freeing her arms. Bellatrix spun on the spot, roaring with laughter at the sight of her new challenger.
“OUT OF MY WAY!” shouted Mrs. Weasley to the three girls, and with a swipe of her wand she began to duel. Harry watched with terror and elation as Molly Weasley’s wand slashed and twisted, and Bellatrix Lestrange’s smile faltered and became a snarl. Jets of light flew from both wands, the floor around the witches’ feet became hot and cracked; both women were fighting to kill.
“No!” Mrs. Weasley cried as a few students ran forward, trying to come to her aid. “Get back! Get back! She is mine!” Hundreds of people now lined the walls, watching the two fights, Voldemort and his three opponents, Bellatrix and Molly, and Harry stood, invisible, torn between both, wanting to attack and yet to protect, unable to be sure that he would not hit the innocent.
“What will happen to your children when I’ve killed you?” taunted Bellatrix, as mad as her master, capering as Molly’s curses danced around her. “When Mummy’s gone the same way as Freddie?”
“You - will - never - touch - our - children - again!” screamed Mrs. Weasley. Bellatrix laughed, the same exhilarated laugh her cousin Sirius had given as he toppled backward through the veil, and suddenly Harry knew what was going to happen before it did.
Molly’s curse soared beneath Bellatrix’s outstretched arm and hit her squarely in the chest, directly over her heart.
Bellatrix’s gloating smile froze, her eyes began to bulge: For the tiniest space of time she knew what had happened, and then she toppled, and the watching crowd roared, and Voldemort screamed.

So...The Battle of Hogwarts took place on May 2, 1998, and the last scene took place on September 1, 2017. There is an actual timeline of events to the entire story, basically though it takes place from 1991 to 1998.
There is a lot that J.K. Rowling has revealed about what happened to many of the characters after the end of 'Harry Potter'.
By the time of the last scene...
    - Harry is an Auror and the Head of Magical Law Enforcement, the youngest head of a Ministry department. He became Head of the department in 2007 at age 26. He lectures occasionally at Hogwarts on Defense Against the Dark Arts. Harry and Ginny's kids are James Sirius, Albus Severus, and Lily Luna Potter (Luna is Lily's godmother).
    - Ginny was a professional Quidditch player before she became a mother, playing for the Holyhead Harpies, an all-female Quidditch team. She now covers Quidditch for The Daily Prophet, especially during Quidditch World Cup years.
    - McGonagle is the Headmistress of Hogwarts. Due to Harry's influence, there is a portrait of Severus Snape in the Headmaster's Office, like all other Headmasters of the past.
    - Hagrid is still Groundskeeper.
    - Remus and Tonks's son Teddy is Harry's godson, and in his 7th year at Hogwarts, and is dating Victoire, the eldest daughter of Bill and Fleur Weasley. Teddy was raised by his grandmother, Tonk's mother, Andromeda Tonks. Andromeda married the muggle-born Ted Tonks much to the chagrin of her family...her sisters were Bellatrix Lestrange and Narcissa Malfoy. Which means she was part of the Black family. Harry and Andromeda get along very well.
    - Ron and Hermione's kids have hyphenated last names as Granger-Weasley, and they are Rose and Hugo.
    - George never got over Fred's death and ended up marrying Angelina Johnson. Fred took Angelina to the Yule Ball in 'Goblet of Fire'. They had a son named Fred and a daughter named Roxanne.
    - Draco married Astoria Greengrass and their son is named Scorpius, and while the Malfoys still are wealthy, their name doesn't mean much anymore because of Lucius and his connection to Voldemort.
    - Harry, Ron, and Hermione all have their own Chocolate Frog cards...and Ron sees his card as his greatest accomplishment.
    - Hermione went back for a 7th year, worked in a few departments at the Ministry of Magic, and is the current Minister of Magic, after Kingsley Shacklebolt's long tenure as Minister.
    - Molly and Arthur Weasley dote on all of the grandkids, 12 in all...only Charlie (who works with dragons in Romania) and Fred, who died in the battle, are not parents. Arthur is the Head of the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Department...still.
    - Ron was an Auror with Harry and Neville for a few years but left to help George with Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes in Diagon Alley, quite successfully.
    - Neville is a Professor of Herbology at Hogwarts and married Hannah Abbott, a Hufflepuff from the same year as the rest of the gang, and she is the owner of the Leaky Cauldron in London...which kind of makes Professor Longbottom a cool guy in the eyes of many students. No kids of their own.
    - Luna married Rolf Scamander, the grandson of Newt Scamander (the character Eddie Redmayne plays in the 'Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them' movies) and Porpentina 'Tina' Goldstein Scamander (who is played by Katherine Waterson in those films). Tina is an American half-blood witch and an Auror in the films. Luna and Rolf have two sons Lorcan and Lysander. She became a Magiczoologist...much like Rolf's grandfather, Newt. Newt's books were required at Hogwarts when Harry and everyone attended.
These are just a few of the characters we know about...on the Pottermore now Wizarding World website, as well as interviews since the last book/film released, Rowling has released info on about 90 characters in the Wizarding World. There is also a sequel to the series...but you have to go to New York to see the play on Broadway, or buy and read the script of the play. It is called 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child'. It actually is not my favorite...there are weird things in it that make no sense to me.

    Fun facts:
1.Alan Rickmann refused the role of Snape initially. But because he was so perfect for the role, J.K Rowling herself sat him down and *told him* how she planned the books to end and how people's perception of Snape's character would get flipped on its head. Making him one of the few people who *knew* how it would all end and that he knew what his character was building up to.
    2. Notice that , with the reveal of the Resurrection Stone, Dumbledore had posession of all 3 of the Deathly Hallows, making him the "master of death". And speaking of....
    3. Despite what we learn from Part 1, it is *never* denied or confirmed whether the Deathly Hallows really were made by Death or if it was just a legend that formed around these insanely powerfull artifacts to explain their unknown origins.

It was released as a stage play in places, but there are no plans for a film adaptation... and considering the backlash towards some of the plot and character choices within, even by people who had only seen the movies, if it is going to be made into a film, it's likely going to share the title, but be a completely different story to the book. However, if you're still eager to venture into the Wizarding World, HBO Max have announced plans to make a Hogwarts Legacy streaming series to accompany the game.

You need all three of the Hallows to make you the Master of Death.
Dumbledore was obsessed with them when he was young, but over time he realized he wasn't worthy of them. He won the wand from Grindelwald (in a duel that killed his sister), he borrowed the cloak from Harry's parents (which may have allowed them to hide from Voldemort, so he felt responsible for their deaths), and he found the stone while searching for the horcruxes (he put the ring on, and it mortally cursed him). So he made a plan for Harry to get them all. His plan failed. Harry might have been worthy, but he never had all three at the same time.

Harry’s son most likely became a slytherin, because his initials are ASP, which is a type of snake.

Man! I'd love for you to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter now that you've seen the series. That place literally recreates the whole set of Harry Potter including Hogsmede, Diagon Alley and Hogwarts castle. I'd say it's a must for any hp fan

Fun fact: in the scene with the multiplying treasure it was written that the pieces were scalding hot along with replicating. Not only were the trio being buried alive but they were being burned too. 😳
