He can't stop someone for exercising their rights. He's not honorable, he's letting his emotions override his constitutional limits. Jeez, is everyone really this ignorant?
@@ceedogg4270 Actually the filming was done inside the courthouse, down in the lobby. There are signs clearly posted that there is to be no photography permitted inside the courthouse without the express permission of the Chief Judge. Did you not see the sign yourself as the deputies were escorting you up to the felony trial division for your own trial?
If it is the guy at the defense table (which I assume), it clearly show how disorganized the defense team is... An ineffective defense attorney and a cowboy private invesigator whom is unaware of court rules. If the “technician” interviewed a witness last week whom has been recalled yesterday, it is sufficient ground for a mistrial.
@@thomasdaily4363 yup...that was my first thought. then they could go back at it again, new jury but at the same time, knowing the state's strategy from this trial.
That judge is STEAMING MAD. The guy who recorded the witnesses is not going to have a good day...may even get charged with contempt or something like that. What a MORON!
This sounds like the person would be doing an audit. And even if the chief Justice made a ruling about recording, there’s still a chance it goes against the first amendment specially at the persons recording in a public lobby. In order to challenge that the guy would have to get in trouble by doing it, and then challenging in court to get it revoked. But I haven’t seen any update about the outcome of this, so I have no idea.
@JusticeAA no I get that ...just the way he handled it , very professional but super pissed...very strange for a PI to sit in the courtroom during trials and I hope to find out more about this in the coming weeks ...of course the defense will say they had no idea , but they did ...that video guy admitted that he did this in other courtrooms so he will be also investigated...I can hardly wait to hear the end story
So you can’t record people coming out of a courtroom in a public building we pay taxes for?? It might be his courtroom but does he run the outside too or no?
Because of witness or jury intimidation. It’s not to limit free speech or anything; it’s to prevent dire mistreatment of or harm to people who are forced into court under subpoena, etc. Outdoors is fine, but sometimes there’s a rule for “not on the property,” which includes the front sidewalk & parking lot (since following ppl to their cars can be very intimidating, too).
You obviously don’t even understand what’s being discussed here. You’re definitely someone whose said “but my rights!!!!!” Without even understanding what your rights are and are not.
sooooooo refreshing to see a truly 'HONORABLE' judge in position. That dude better make sure he doesn't miss that appointment with the judge.
"He needs to be here by the end of the day." Yikes. I wouldn't miss this invitation if I were that person.
I would
@@nannuartworks5812 That's becauae you're way cooler than the rest of us. Just ask you.
A judge who is not playing. Love it!
Yikes I can feel the that shock and fear moment set in when that judge started questioning the private detective.

Wanderful lesson for my students. Thanks Judge!

Ut-oh.... Someone is in BIG trouble! Glad it's not me!
I feel like this judge was a SEAL at some point in his life lol
Damn good judge
You see a judge walk in with that expression on his face you know something is about to happen.
Mark Sievers trial for hiring two men to kill his wife. I think the judge has a reason to be concerned
oh man, that lean back into the chair at 2:05... that's a man who means BUSINESS
Would love to know what happened after this.

Who is Olsen? Is that the PI or the attorney?
The PI was unethical
the private detective was sitting 2 down from Mark's Mom
No smiles there
Judge looks pissed 😡
I have been there by the end of the day, everyday. Just in case.
The judge is so restless.

I would be there just to take his picture and tell him to get over himself.
Witness tampering all day
