Note how the Judge handled the whole situation without raising his voice once. Impeccable judicial temperament on his part. It is refreshing to see someone with a commanding yet calm presence in the courtroom.

@Lord smith Actually, there was more he could have done there to show the person videotaping outside the courtroom that he wasn’t playing. The guy was breaking the law, he could have sanctioned him, that would sent a stern message.
That might have been too much of a pain in the butt. The judge called it an “air of witness intimidation” and made it clear there will be further investigation and consequences, so he probably felt he didn’t need to do any more
The Lawyer Olsen is a criminal! Lawyers like that should still be prosecuted or penalized. The photographer lied as well after talking to Olsen who was supposed to leave.
Do you mean "That's going to be scrutinized." or the words from the attorney? The former is telling the defense that their practice will be looked into as well, with the subtext being "god help you if you paid this man for, or whilst knowing he would during the course of his practice, record and intimidate witnesses leaving this courtroom." If you're asking about what the defense attorney said it was too quiet to make out but from the judge's reaction it seemed like a positive response to his previous question.
It means that he paid a PI to do something that looks unethical and it’s now a matter of record, so it’ll come back on him- probably his own firm will be the ones looking into it because the main defense lawyer wasn’t even aware of it.

First Amendment violation. The people own the courthouse. Not the Chief Judge. It’s a public building. People shouldn’t be intimidated by judges for filming in public places.

He is absolutely seething. And the fact that the attorney didnt leave the building after being told to just made it worse
“That’s going to be scrutinized.” Whew, if the smarmy defense attorney didn’t get chills, I got them for him. 🥶
Especially with the way he raised his eyebrows.
"That's gonna be scrutinized" love it using that line
He’s seething, but never lost it 😂👍🏻Good for judge.
What a brilliant Judge x
i love his accent so much, sounds like a total dad whenever he talks
‘That’s going to be scrutinised’. Even if I hadn’t done anything wrong the way he said that would not make me feel good.
He's a very honest, fair judge. GREAT job, Judge❣❣❣

I like him too! He's adorable, funny, and stern when he needs to be!
I'm thinking Olson is looking at a contempt charge, and I think the defense attorney is looking at a sanction.
He could be disbarred, but apparently wasn’t.
Judge ain’t playing around
@Lord smith Actually, there was more he could have done there to show the person videotaping outside the courtroom that he wasn’t playing. The guy was breaking the law, he could have sanctioned him, that would sent a stern message.
he should have asked which witnesses he interviewed and he should have asked for all the video files

Judge knew what witness they were recording and why it was done.
The defense attorney is a snake.
Judge not smiling so much now. Love him

You tell them Judge Kyle.
Did anything happen as a result of this?
Am I the only one with a bro-crush on the judge?

Is there a ending to this anywhere .. ?? ..
He's pissed!!
witness intimidation? sounds serious.
and that what the investigator was doing. That investigator was unethical.
Ohhhhhhh man. I would hate to be Mr. Olson right about now.
I’d hate to be on the defense team right now. Mummert heads up that team & JAC provides the funds for the case. Someone must have requested this.
😂😂
He doesn't play
He was so close to contempt charges.I probably would have given the same circumstances.
When your in some else’s house you go by they’re rules.
Mr. Olsen has made an enemy for life.
They were trying to intimidate witnesses
Something stinks
Who is Mr. Oleson?
What was his name for the record??
Should be disbarred.
Is Judge Kyle arrogant? I think he’s squared away 😊
Well that was all pointless.
What does 2:45 mean can anyone help me out
