My review is base on the product I currently have, my opinion on this item my varies on the batch I received, I don't know if all item are equally manufactured, please bare in mind this is my personal evaluation only.
Where can you buy, Amain Hobbies or RCMart.
I used basic shock oil 37.5 cst and I didn't made any modification to this shocks, i assumed that the product was already tuned for any average crawler RC, I notice some imperfection with the inner cylinder suspension travel, under sized ball cap for the upper shock mount for all 4, and I am not to pleased, for the price point, I expecting better quality and consistency with manufacturing, the only plus points will be the appearance. Overall I very disappointed, i would rather recommend the Incision Shocks 90mm by Vanquish, I have better luck with this product, the only disadvantage is the optional (Soft and Hard springs) are sold separated.

They aren’t suppose to rebound(bounce back as you say). If your rebounding then your building them wrong.
For $60 a pair, you would think that they'd have ball ends in the lower AND upper mounts. Not just a hole.
I have incision shocks but replaced it with this one.. this one is better.. incision shocks are leaky.
I very sorry to hear that, so far i am pretty happy with my incision shock installed in both heavy build rc4wd (defender/ FJ Cruiser), maybe i got a bad batch (proline shocks), They are not well-made, doesn’t travel evenly thru the o rings seal (all 4) smoothly, and a little small several issues (ball cap/rod end).
The spring causes that rebound...
