Press and hold "Share". Then press and hold "PS". Hold both buttons until the Dualsense or Dualshock 4 start strobing. If you start with the ”PS" button it might try to do PlayStation pairing instead of generic pairing.

Yeah you can. Just tested it. Plugged it in and it just worked automatically didn’t even have to do anything. Pretty cool.

You need a Bluetooth dongle for PS5 to Windows if your PC doesn't have it built in. But yes.n

I don't know if it works on standard Bluetooth adapters, but 8bitdo makes an adapter that'll work on windows.
