Such a clear showing of why staying sober is the way to go.
That’s it mate

This is the nonsense you're missing out on, and I'm great with that.

As a bouncer of 20 years in Australia, I can tell you woman are the worst thing to deal with.
lol you got beaten up by a woman
I belive that 💯
Haha lad Aus is easy compared to Britain
Agreed 👍🏻
True mate, they get abusive and think their mike tyson lol😅
Has anyone in the UK ever had a few drinks, stayed dignified, and called it a night?
I dont think so
their to drunk to answer
Last recorded 23rd November 1983.
Yes me.
Not anymore mate it’s pathetic 😂
I’m so happy I’ve quit alcohol. Even when I was drunk I was always calm and polite but I now see what it does to people. It’s embarrassing
Likely the reason God calls drunkiness a sin. thanks
Seeing what these bouncers have to put up with, I have total respect for them. I really hope that guy Jack gets some serious help because if he continues as he is, he's going to be dead sooner rather than later. It has to be rough being from a family of drunks, but he's got to break free if he's to have any kind of future. He's such a pathetic guy.
😊
I love you
No one knows what a bouncers goes though, every night is different,, I respect what they do,,
They over step the mark sometimes so let’s not praise them that much
Try being a barman in this environment and the company not paying for bouncers. We had to drag people out ourselves every night
That girl doing the worm was brutal and horrifying, Lol..
She is responsible for the huge interest in the gay bars ahahah
She's responsible for all the pot holes 👍
🤣🤣🤣
If I were that young bouncer I'd stop putting my hands in the pockets like that... No chance in a fight...
No contact
Unless youre sucker punched, as soon as you smell trouble the hands are out quick enough.
Very true my hsnds never in my pocket
Might be holding a gun
Placing your hands inside your vest or pockets is a tactical disadvantage.
You should always be in the interview stance position .
It's not the amount of time you have worked in the industry.
But about the principles learnt in your Security course and applying them in the field.
Safety communication customer service desculation managing resolving proactiveness professionalism SOPs etc etc.
All these principles contribute to developing a professional foundation and your code of practice.
The individual is the asset you have to maintain your competency standard and code of conduct.
This is how you increase your value and rate of income because your image and reputation.
Is what markets your credibility and integrity.
It's got nothing to do with harming or hurting people.
But protecting the company client and customer from liability.
Learn how to manage and resolve situations and build instant rapport with people.
You will know when your skill set has reached that level.
Because your reward will be people's cooperation.
Regardless of the reputation of the venue.
This is what separates a true professional from the rest.
Respect bouncers, they protect peaceful customers from the rowdy bastards
The bouncers at my local in the 70s were brutal, they started more fights than they stopped!
they might be on steroids'
Same these days in some cases
Same, they were bullies back in the day.
Worked with a few ex bouncers in there 50s 60s an heard what they done sounds mad 😂
The entire era was brutal!
This place looks like hell on earth....cant imagine people go here for fun
ArmedGringo45 i agree 💯 it’s looks extremely uninviting!
The entire UK is like that. I grew up there lived there for 20 years, looks like it’s gotten worse over time.

I was head of security at a punk rock club in Texas back in 1980 through 1985 and we never had this kind of trouble 😂😂😂😂

I always found the rappers were the worst and the heavy metal crowd never caused any problems.
No tracksuits , extravagant drag no problem 😂
Here is a good reason not to drink.
...up north....
@@TheCyberscout as a foreigner who went out on the town in southern England I can say that it is just as bad. This society is doomed. Unimaginable level of degradation. These bouncers are true heroes to have the patience to look at this mess and keep staying cool...
This was 11 years ago. These days more young people are sober than ever before. Binge drinking is becoming a thing of the past
@@foresthills2425 what, since when? 😆
@@foresthills2425yes. It coincides with the drop in smoking among millennials and Gen Z.

bet you are fun at parties . jk
Being young is not depressing... try and remember what it was like and have some empathy. Moratge like college debt, call center jobs and impossible house prices..we haven't exactly left a productive environment, hedonism is a natural response to this.
Its not partying its a mess!! Messed up people ..
apart from that your happy arent you Fred?
enough to drive to drink
Bouncers are the heroes. Many of the pub patrons who are interviewed should have subtitles so that those of us from outside of the Newcastle area can fathom exactly what they're saying.
Is it weird that I can understand them all? 😂
Although I'm from Liverpool so I've good practice understanding accents! 😂😂😂

What i find the most amazing thing is how they think the bouncers are thick as they're standing there having no idea how to behave like adults in public. It's not the bouncers who are thick that's for damn sure
I don’t know man. I used to work as a lawyer during the week and a bouncer on the weekend. I remember working with an accountant and a part time university philosophy tutor. Don’t jump to conclusions like that. There is definitely diversity. And to drive the intelligence part home … the smartest man in the world Christopher Langan worked full time as a bouncer.

Back in the 80s we had three nightclubs in town ,We knew the bouncers and they knew all the regulars , We knew if we got too drunk and out of order they would slap, punch or give a mini beating ,But we would behave for months or longer as we knew what we would get, And total understanding and respect to them ,
So if you got too drunk in a club they would violently bully you and you respected that? That’s a bit weird to me.
Many of the bouncers in the 90’s would start the trouble and throw you downstairs (no one saw anything) if the police were called
@89leemills Cool story bro. Would a fair translation be “I caused trouble when I was too drunk to know I was the problem and no other patron supported me because they knew I was at fault and were glad to get rid of me.”
@@aussiecath No
It never happened to me though I heard it from other lads back when the bouncers had bent noses
The bouncers are lovely.Wish some people respected them more.I always respect bouncers.
Yeah I bet you do wink wink 😂 like the females in this show who beg the bouncers to get with them because they respect them so much 😂
Sometimes if I'm drinking and there's trouble they call me. I don't like seeing the bouncers getting hurt.
People don't even respected themselves never mind the people who work the doors now days. It's a sad reflection on life in Britain, it's funny how people can't have a nice night on the town with turning in to stupid idiots.
@@johnmclean4911 So true sad way it's gone
I have 0 respect for any bouncer tbh, I've seen them throw chewing gum into the dance floor when the flavors gone and we've all got that mate whos had a bit of an injury from them the worst I know is broken nose from a stair "fall" but I suppose he did get caught getting ketty.
The gay bouncer being aggressive with the 5ft woman cracked me up lol
Scott is going to get knocked out one day. NEVER KEEP yours hands in your pockets or vests when anyone is within your zone. That big older guy could have been nasty if the cameras weren't there. Scott would need a 3rd job to pay for new teeth. Be safe out there!
Always wanted to visit Newcastle until I watched this. Thank god for this video...
I was thinking the same thing 🤣
To the young Boy at the door , STOP putting your hands in your jacket 🧥 You stand no chance when attacked , and your gone be ! believe me
First thing I thought!!! Hands tucked away... Doesn't make sense, Very unstreetwise
*you’re
All they need to do is pull that jacket from behind, he stands no chance, that’s the first thing you get told not to do.
@@Madmancrock It depends on what's in your pocket
I'm a security officer in The Netherlands.
First rule when stationed infont of a bar/club is;
1. Do NOT put your hands in your pockets, incase you are being attacked, you're defenseless.
2. Do not maintain a slouch posture because you're signaling that you carry a lazy/weak mentality.
3. Keep your hair short incase someone has the idea to pull your hair.
This is why we here in The Netherlands wear clip ties.
4. Maintain communication via radio and hand signals.
5. Last but not least, always have your eyesight on your fellow doorman incase of an emergency.
There are more rules too it but we're discussing the topic " hands in the pocket".
daughters/young women their parents must be so proud of !
Unnecessary to throw jack out after his his successful job interview, bless him. He seems like a nice lad
That youngster didn't really look up to working on the door, I couldn't see him dealing with an 18 stone drunk .
The bigger you are the harder you fall. The trouble is the smaller you are the further you fly.
Southerner4566 i worked the door in birkenhead with a guy about 5' 7" and a body like a racing snake. But when he kicked off he was a psychopath. Dont let looks fool you!
Young wannabe bouncer is acting too cool for his own safety. Holding his hands inside his west all the time will get him suckerpunched one day. He is also letting customers put their hands on him and get too "friendly". He is not getting the respect from customers and thats gonna be a problem in a conflict situation. Being too nice is not something a bouncer should be. Just like being a thug is not something a bouncer should be. He has to learn how to be streetsmart.
Tryin to be too sweet
Totally ... nut that's what you get for £10PH. I was £10ph 15 years ago ... then you could actually say you were paid danger money. Utterly ridiculous and shows VAST inexperience having hands inside your vest ... JUST LIKE WHEN YOU SEE POLICE do it. WAKE UP
He might get done for harassment even without doing anything.
Without the bouncers there will be no order in the house!
Unless I'm around.
Thx for uploading all the videos in full length ;)
Iv been there and that bouncer is actually a gentleman didn't let us in like but explained why and pointed us in the rgt direction for a great ngt out
Danny make it clear is it Lennoxtown or the young feller your talking about
What a bloody freak show
The sound track is bumpin!
Back in the 80 the bouncer knocked them out you never argue with them
In my day, the bouncers were not averse to violence! Best doorman I ever saw was in Thailand...every night was like a martial arts film.
Do you know where I can find footage or photos of old school doormen at work?
If every night is like a martial arts film, the bar gets shut down

I knew of a local bouncer. Huge, strong guy- good fighter. He kicked out some skinnies. They came back and shot and killed two of the bouncers including him. I knew another bouncer out in Tahoe. He had a bad eye. Popular, Martial Artist, good looking guy otherwise. A drunk at closing time did not want to leave. Threw a broken bottle at him. Tragically, it took out his eye...his good eye. Sad story. He WAS an elite skier- Freestyle. Never the same after.
Don’t drink n drive smoke n fly🔥💨
I hope that Paul fella is doing well. That stare he has is telling, and you can see the emotion flood back when he's working out. Seems like a decent guy.
Seeing the older people out behaving like this is disturbing
Especially the parents. What the hell is up with that?
It is very sad to see how people up there need to get drunk to "socialize"
Virtue is easy
It’s most of society when I grew up.
Technology wasn’t about like it is today, socialising was getting on the turps
Cavemen
The government make trillions in taxes on alcohol which is why there's an off license and pub on every corner of every street and alcohol promoted 24 hours a day on television.
10 pints and shorts on unemployment, I work 12 hour nights, 6 days and I cant afford to drink that amount...feel sorry for him
No coincidence that where you find high unemployment you find cheap booze

"Jack Bauer" ended up doing jail time - believe it or not. He was sent to prison in 2015, pleading guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon - after holding a flick knife to a taxi drivers neck in Gateshead. You can look it up.

That will never change, it Is cultural in Great Britain. Really distressing.
But they are good fighters and we like have them as ally.

Wow, after watching this I can truly say that the Uk and Ireland really are very similar, same thing, different accents.
This is what alcohol does to society. Degraded to the point a human behaves less than animals. We r beings able to do amazing things, physically and mentally but is just sad to see.
We you... can go out and have a good time...hows it sad to see people letting their hair down now and then ?
Meh I don’t know if I agree with that, a lot of people go out and drink after a long week of work and just want to let loose, of course you have some idiots who overdo it, could be said about any activity.

Most drunks are just trash, booze is just a symptom.

Bouncer- (talking about a guy who's just come from a fight) ... He's got that look in his eye lol.
Integrity is necessary to be good at this difficult job. As far as I can judge it, these men (and women working as bouncers) do have that.
But you get lots of bouncers who aren’t very good, who are willing to turn a blind eye to certain goings on in bars.
The best bouncer I ever saw was in a pretty tough bar in an old part of Columbus Ohio , The bar had about 4 steps down from the main floor, to the side walk and the street ran within 5 feet of the front of the building. I knew the owner and he only had one guy working the door and he was maybe 180 pounds . At 2;00 they called last call , then they started taking drinks at 2:20 and clearing people out . There was a group of 5 guys and 5 girls all drunk and belligerant and they decided he wasn't telling them to go. I asked the owner if he needed some help and he said no, thanks but JoJo or whatever the guys name was , can take care of it , I said 5 guys? he says yeah, I said can I stay and watch and he laughed and said sure. The bouncer got them congregated at the front door and left them for a couple of minutes, they started acting goofy and forgot all about him and I saw him take a run from the back of the bar at them and put his arms out in a dive and sent all of them out the door down the steps and out into the street. He caught himself on the door casing and shut and locked the door. I clapped for him a mi ute , said goodbye to my buddy and laughed all the way home.
Great Story…
yAWN
Sure that happened
risking killing someone ? yeah right
great story , you forgot the bit where you took on 20 SAS blokes single handedly while you let the bouncer have a cigarette break
Get Tipsy but don't get Drunk and enjoy...........Bless

Bouncers were utter tosspots in my time out clubbing, they did whatever they wanted and nobody could stop them. 80s-00s.
