The radio says antenna warning, because suddenly the radio is having a problem? The antenna warning means you need to check the antenna. The warning keeps you from burning up the output of the radio. But now you adjusted the radio so the warning doesn't work. And you still have an antenna problem......

First thing you should check like another person posted was get an swr meter and check, that the radio your using has a built in way to chk, not a substitute for a good meter but it helps. drove Volvos before most new trks have what’s called a multiplexer usually driver side antenna is cb and passenger side is your am/ fm the multiplexer splits signal. Pleas tell me that you went to a CB shop and the fixed the issue? The antenna warning is that the SWR on the antenna is not set correctly. What you did when you adjusted the core in the load next to the antenna jack was change your output ever so slightly. You need to have a shop set your SWR and re-align the radio.
You got to recalibrate it on your screen put it in calibrate stopping at the first little line about 3/4 of the way over and try that that's what I do with mine I got the same radio
It will need too be recalibrated ( your running an all digital radio, if you were running one of the older styles with the meter already built in that wouldn't happen. But you should be able to pickup a calibration meter and take care of it. Or stop by any CB shop they should be able to take care of it pretty quick.
You need to go to a cb shop and have the radio tuned and buy new antennas and new coax and have them set the SW yours on the new antennas and coax. That’ll fix your problem.
Just so you know, by doing this all you are doing is adjusting the threshold for the warning light and not fixing the problem. You would do just as well with putting tape over the light. If you are not tuning the antenna system, you are not fixing the problem. Changing the antenna or antennas will not fix the problem. You are just putting on another untuned antenna. Most reputable CB shops will adjust the antenna to a usable SWR. No your radio is not going to immediately blow up but high SWR will shorten the life of it and effect the range of transmit and receive.
