Thank you again, Briohny! (this is my second comment to you :). I also learned how to fly my yoga from you today!!) Your three videos about teaching yoga are just what I needed today. I am not a yoga teacher, yoga is my personal powerbank, asana, pranayama, meditation, on a daily basis and whichever one is needed to make me feel grounded and good. I work in research, which has some parallels to the situation you are describing. The constant hustle (for research funding, promoting your work...), the job insecurity (I am a lowly postdoc on a temp contract), my research topics (aggression, violence in healthcare amongst others) and the sheer workload can be mentally and emotionally exhausting. I took a long walk earlier today to reflect on my situation, which worries me. However, after watching your video, I feel so much more upbeat and positive that all these years I have invested have not been in vain. And that I should trust the path and the people I have connected with to carry me forward. Thank you again for spreading positivity :). Best wishes from Sweden
