  • As a yoga teacher, your words have a lot of power in shaping and transforming the experience of your students. Camel Pose or Ustrasana is a pretty challenging backbend, but it can be accessible to most people at the same time. This class will teach you how to safely and effectively cue your students into and out of Camel Pose.
Confidence when cueing is key - ready to boost yours? I’m super excited for my FIRST EVER continuing education course with Alo Moves - Aligned Asana: Verbal Cues. This course will teach you how to safely, effectively and confidently cue your students - using just your voice. Also, it will give you a deeper understanding of what each part of the body needs to be doing in every single pose.
You can find the full series here: alomov.es/yt-aligned-asana-verbal-cues

I’ve been focused more on lifting the chest and lengthening versus depth and lower back for a bit, this was a great explanation/illustration and will help. Thank you!

Perhaps... you could show how to go half way to having the hands support the back... without having to go ALL the way back to the feet... as an alternative..
Perhaps, mention deep breathing in this pose and the benefits to easing into a Deep sleep...
    THANK YOU...!!!

I have issues with this pose because when I support my hands on my ankles my toes are under a lot of pressure and they hurt, my flexibility is pretty decent in general and this pose isn't very challenging for me but having my toes bent like that hurts a lot, any way I can fix this?
