- AN UNBEATEN BBQ CHALLENGE! Today we attempt to eat the biggest BBQ challenge in Washington state. The barbeque platter challenge consisted of smoked brisket, smoked turkey chicken, ribs, corned beef and sides of our choices which I chose including southern food classics like coleslaw cornbread, green beans, baked beans, mac & cheese and Mexican street corn! We are in Duvall (Seattle Washington area) at Amarillo Barbecue. This challenge is a large version and rendition of their family meal deals where we got to pick the meats and sides! We had 45 minutes to complete the challenge in order to get the $160 meal for free and even a $500 cash prize after the owner challenged me to beat this undefeated barbeque challenge?

Hey, thanks for sharing. Your capacity to still appreciate the food, after a certain quantity is probably the most astonishing. Don't know if it's a question of training or something special that you have but it makes your videos very cool and also makes justice to the places you are visiting when they are preparing good foods as this one. It’s $35 a pound for Brisket and $20 for a half of Chicken where I live in Texas.
I’ve just had to learn to smoke meat for myself with those prices.

That’s a lot of food for $160 ❤ I wish I near this place. 1 Dino rib here in Texas can cost $50-$60 if not more depending on the establishment.
It is amazing! It’s our best bbq place to eat! If it wasn’t for my wallet, I would there more. So good! Also their Mac & cheese is amazing!

Heres the thing. This happens to Joel a lot, where a restuarant owner will bet against him. Im pretty sure his appearances are usually planned out, the restaurants usually know in advance he is coming. So...why dont they take a minute to research him?? If they bothered to look at his channel, they would see betting against him is NEVER a wise idea🤣 Still, even with the money they lose when he wins, they still make it back TEN FOLD, because of the quality of advertising he does. He doesnt just sit there and wolf the food down, he's praising and giving glowing commentary the whole time. I especially love the close ups of the food!🥵🥵

Very nice Texas-style BBQ! Wish it was a little closer to Miami, Florida. My favorites were the beef ribs & the brisket, the elote & the baked beans. The only thing missing was the Texas-style banana pudding! Joel, that was an easy $500 gig! I could see you knocking down another 10lbs of brisket😅
