Honestly, for any restaurant struggling with an advertising budget, this video was basically $1000 well spent by this restaurant to basically have Joel demonstrate their entire menu in 4k for them.
I was going to say just this ! Now I want to go to cousins and have all you can eat!!!! $1000 is nothing to the amount of viewership from cousins ! 🤤 there’s no doubt in my mind they either knew who he was or checked his channel before making the bet ! They obviously did some research and knew exactly what was up good for them!

The thing I like about this guy's videos is that it always seems like he enjoys the food. Sometimes competitive eater guys seem like they're just pushing through, but Joel just loves the flavor of the amazing things that he eats.
Its hard to believe that you enjoy it after you have inside 2 babies, its for the video, he cannot just start complaining for 30 minutes...you will not be here to write this comment or watch at all..

Also stay in shape - not really. He’s got a lot of belly fat and he’s aged about 10 years in the last few. Even he said that in a recent q n a that he was stopping soon due to the toll it takes on the body. It’s an eating disorder plain and simple - they kill.

Yeah but restaurants don't generally make a killing in $ at least not in general. They couldn't be doing this every just everyone. They'd lose too much in profits and not be able to pay their staff.
He's in a good shape. Sweating and drinking water are probably the best ways to remove excess from your body. He seems to work out and I'd bet he drinks lots of water after these feasts. Human bodies mare quite good at fixing themselves if you just give it the stuff it needs too.

Got to admit, your my style, love veggies and salad and MEAT!!! LOL... Grew up on the farm, we had huge gardens, apple trees, sweet corn etc... Then on vaca times grand parents had a place in FL, fresh oranges and grapefruits and seafood,,,

As a kid I would eat literally straight salt lol. Would sneak into the kitchen and it a pinch every now and then. Had to sneak because the parents wouldn’t allow it lol

Btw, 🧂 (Suggestion for those that eat a lot of salt)
Your cells have sodium and potassium pumps that work in tandem together. If you want to load up on salt and stay healthy, load up on bioavailable potassium at the same time(along w/plenty of pure water).
This will assist your body in staying balanced and maintain healthy blood pressure, less bloating/edema etc. plus, the type of salt you eat matters. Regular table salt is not as healthy as Kosher or Himalayan/Dead Sea Salt.
