How do you get the powder out of the barrel if you do not shoot it?

Very cool idea but been done before by white muzzle loaders he used pistol primers in brass. But cool to load 200 gr powder charge. Must hunter only use 100 gr or 150 max. I use 100 out of my 150gr gun.

Why does this muzzle loader require a 4473 form? I thought muzzle loaders were exempted. Can this muzzle loader be made to fire a cartridge?

+John Dohe It's something to due with the bolt action having "locking lugs" from what I heard which makes it an FFL firearm.

+John Dohe Also while not easy, I wouldn't be surprised if you could modify it with a new 308 barrel to essentially make a model 700 rifle
