I realize there are several different muzzle loader powders on the market, but what is preferred or technically advised, for the best performance, the breach assembly with the Remington muzzle loader is the best I've ever seen,
I have watched and studied the breach plug, and the 308 shell casing and primer, I think the ignition design is ingenious as crazy hell, I love it, it's on my bucket wish list,
Personally, I would prefer to see a modernized needle fire black powder rifle that uses about 3 pellets glued together and water proofed by a coating of nitrocellulose laquer and a paper patched bullet. Priming would use the Chasepot system. But even though I am a retired machinist, my eyes no longer can see well enough to shoot such a rifle, let alone make one; oh well
Would it even be POSSIBLE to produce a shooting video WITHOUT the HEAVY METAL GUITAR SHREDDING ??? I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW ANOYING AND CLICHE IT HAS BECOME !!! PLEEEEEEEASE STOP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's a dream rifle
2400 ft per second that's a lot of punch especially with that tight pattern
Great review. Now only if it was legal in the PA late season.

I own the stainless Remington 50 cal in 700. does anyone know if converting to this from the current 209 set up is possible or available ?
No, they are completely different
michael gomez Did anyone ever answer this question?
Muzzle loaders should not have open breaches and they add another step to slow things down.
I test one,3to5 inches at 100 yards 2275 fps good.i test the savage 1.250 at 100 yards 2350 fps good.Samething bullets.
To say they developed the brass primer module is crap, also Remington says no Blackhorn 209 in this rifle which is a big turn off for most these days.
$999.00 for a muzzle loader? Not going to go over very well.
Too FRACKING high by Gadd!
You developed nothing. You bought an existing patent and stamped your name on it.
