Really cool way to hunt an American Icon. I’ve always wanted to hunt one, but have reservations due to the lack of difficulty in the hunt. Hunting with a rifle from that era gives it more difficulty and makes the hunt even more memorable. Gotta try this with my grandfathers 45-70.
I'm very surprised to watch the kind of moving of the bull in 8.43. He was hopping like a roes or antelopes do. Unbelievable. Very interesting, like the stories from ,, Walking Coyote " and ,,Pablo" too. Amazing animals, amazing hunt !
Now thats a hunt no hollering or laughing or mocking the animal mosum that grandfather spirit gave a life for food respect with the smudge any animal taken shud be handled in the same manner aho hiy hiy

Enjoyed watching. How was the bison transported back to the lodge?
In lots of little pieces.
field dressed then carried back in quartered/semi butchered pieces. Most likely using ATV's or similar.
Probably a tractor
So, how many shots did it actually take?
AMAZING FANTASTIC.. I LIKE! 🤗
What’s with that museum piece of a rifle?
1874 Sharps replica in 45/70…
