    ചേച്ചി ഞാൻ ഇപ്പൊ 72 കിലോ ഉണ്ട്. 1 week ആയിട്ട് ഡയറ്റ് ആണ്. പക്ഷെ എനിക്ക് workout ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. നടുവിന്റെ ലികമെന്റ് വലിഞ്ഞു നിൽപ്പുണ്ട്, hernia ഉണ്ട്. രണ്ടും ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ്ൽ ആണ്.. എനിക്കാണേൽ നല്ല belly fat ഉം ഉണ്ട്.. ഡയറ്റ് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം കുറയുമോ weight.. വേറെ വഴി ഇല്ല
