A 33 megapixel or so size sensor would be a good balance between resolution and good high iso performance. The Z8 and Z9 cameras require time-consuming noise reduction in post.
I hope we get a 36Mp with the video features you mentioned. It would be nice to have enhanced features such as shutter angle, illuminated buttons, and the ability to record video to two cards simultaneously.
I would venture to say that it would be good. I think we are at a point where all the major players have great AF, and the differences among them are minute and should not be the deciding factor when choosing a system to get into.
hopefully Nikon goes beyond 493 focus points.... Canon and Sony are double that or better... Something better than 1/200 shutter synch, as well, particularly if the R5ii really does get a 1/1250 shutter
Yea unfortunately the only 422 option is the ProRes HQ which brings massive file sizes. But the 420 10bit on the H265 is very solid. 420 is only bad if your green screening it. I think that’s why camera companies don’t mind making some of their 10bit codecs.
Yes I hope the Z6iii will have a tilty flippy screen. That way it will please photographers and vloggers or talking head creators Its not as it is amazing technology - its mechanical and already done by Sony and Fuji.
?? The Z30 was produced primarily for content creators, they literally sell a kit with a mic / stand / remote. If you need full frame, the Zf has a flippy screen and the Z6III likely will as well. Not sure why’d you would bail a few weeks before announcement after “waiting years” 🤔
But it will be priced far lower than the Z8 and will be in a more "professional" form factor over the Zf. The Zf is nice for the price but it lacks a serious grip and also offers just SD/micro SD options. They need to be careful with pricing - the sweet spot will be 2300-2700 USD. Yes, the Z8 is a nice option for those with the budget. I considered a refurb Z8 for $3200 recently, but decided to wait - want to see what the Z6iii offers first. It may also incorporate more advances over the Z8 for a lower price too. We'll see.

Why is a 24 megapixel senzor considered entry level? Since when?
By entry level what I meant here is the bare minimum for a photo camera.
@@FramesTM you think 24 mp is bare minimum for a photo camera? Ha
Great video! I hope it has 30 or more MP. Looking forward to this camera being released!
30MP? Why? Why 30?
@@jpdj2715 30 or more gives one the flexibility to crop a bit more, if need be.
Hi, any news about the autofocus?

@@jtes1442 Sure, but for wildlife and sports these differences are important I think.

The files of lumix 10bit 422 is very good and not very data hungry. I hope nikon optimizes the codec
If I recall correctly, the H265 on the Z8 and Z9 are 4:2:0. If you want 4:2:2 you must choose the ProRes option.

Record externally can also get you 422 on z8
24mp is good enough. The Canon R3 has 24,1np, and is absolutely no entry level camera 😅

Nikon already have it on Nikon D5100 -> D5600... So, is not new for them
Gimme +/- 32 mp, similar autofocus to Sony A7RV, in a compact size such as my z6ii, with faster shutter speeds and I am good to good.
Superb
I hope it's not more than 3k. But it needs to have a flippy screen.
I'm probably gonna go to sony or canon I've been waiting years and as a content creator nikon doesn't really cater to that field i sold my z30
That’s bad

Will be 24.5 MP only ... not 33 ...
Conflicting reports from many sources. But yes, at this point, anything could be right
I heard the date is June 20th.
Could be
Audio quality is 10/10 in your video but the Video is hurting eyes , seems everything is blur
Ok
Bla bla bla! Sorry, but where is the beef?

Z6iii not worth it for so much hyped around it...better save it and go for z8 or zf
